I received goods from China to Ireland..Paid FedEx on 22 jan 2022 for VAT inmport ..got letters that I didnt pay. Numerous letters and I sent proof money came out of my account by transfer.. Today I got debt collecter letter.. I paid them 95 euro as it was too much hassle..I already paid my bill of 42 euro Dont import from these guys you cant trust them.. My package did not come to the address, deliver took away it not to that city.I will give Court House .

They kept sending me wrong delivery dates and times, and i had to wait a while to get my package as they don't operate saturdays and sundays. What is the point of using an expensive service if my package won't get to me on time. I'd rather use the post office and wait as long as it takes. So pissed. read more

i am most dissapointed with fedex service in dublin, we were left waiting for wedding invites which were needed asap. they were given wrong no by sender ok the address was right, could they not have dropped it off any way. there was 2 packages and they were told about this also and didnt deliver!!!!! never again. we are still waiting. cant get through on phone. i am going to write to managing director. we had to get a different courier to pick packages up bar 1. is it too much to ask they run their business like fashion. the also said they may be able to send packages to shannon for monday, why? i live in nenagh co tipp.never again will we recommend fex ex inusa and ireland. very disgruntled custemer k. read more
