I choose to give this place ZERO stars because of the rude lady who works there (don't remember her…read morename). I went there to print 2 copies of the Irish Citizenship form, in colour, at 40c a page. After printing them, I noticed that most of the pages had the tops 'cut off' and she explained that I need to specify if I wanted the pages to fit (fit to size) as it was 'actual size' by default. This is an official document that I needed and I can't mail incomplete documents. She refused to reprint the forms so, after 15 minutes of arguments back and forth between us, I threw them in the bin there, in front of her, as they were useless to me. These forms are 17-18 pages each, and total cost with 2 A4 envelopes was 19euro. (very expensive) In conclusion, she was very rude, provided bad customer service and risked loosing a potential returning customer for less than 20euro!!! Never again shall I go to BizPost for anything, if they can't even get a simple PDF document/form printed properly.

This place is an absolute disaster…read more Had a conference poster to print and Reads was the first name that came to mind. Getting the poster printed was not a problem and actually done quite quickly. Collecting it on the other hand was like being slowly tortured. Theres a ticketing system in place but the staff behind the desk just pick people at random. I saw one staff member almost lose his mind after taking a phone call (how stressful can a phone call be?). I started walking around the store trying to find somebody to help me and came across a number of other customers who looked pretty pissed off also. I finally collected my poster after about 30 minutes ( collecting a poster should take 2 minutes guys ) and there was a tear in the side of it. Staff members attitude was "ah well, it happens". Overall, a tragic comedy of an experience. I fail to understand how this crowd are still in business.

I rang MBE, whose Golden Pages ad. mentions the courier in question, and got full, concise instructions, and some sympathy for my complaint with the international firm besides. I'll certainly bear them in mind in future on the strength of this generosity. (Don't know about the international concern, though.)
