Brian calls me a few days later and tells me I need a new SATA cable and that the cable only costs 10 euro, then he goes on to tell me it's €185 for the repair including the deposit (or €170 if I payed him in cash) I told them not to repair it and then went to collect the PC a few days later when he tells me there is now an issue with BIOS. I took the pc and brought it straight to another shop in Phobsboro where I was told he unplugged a cable connected to one of my hard drives so that my PC wouldn't boot. The shop in phobsboro then repaired the pc for €20. Avoid this shop the owner is a thief. I still have the sticker on my pc from when he had my pc. I'll attach the photo below so he can't claim that I'm lying.

Appalled with the costumer service from 511 tech solutions. Went in to get my iphone 5c screen…read morerepaired. Paid the cost to get it repaired. 2 days later, my phone fell from the couch from a hight of no more than 2 feet on to wooden floor and the screen cracked again. Having had iphones since they have been released I know the durability of the screens. This should not have happened. I then reenacted the exact fall of the phone with another iphone 5, knowing sure that the screen wouldn't crack and it didn't. Within an hour my phone was completely unusable, I couldn't open or close it. This would never happen with an original iphone screen. I arrived on monday morning to 511 tech solutions, and the person who deals with phone damage was not present. I then arrived back the following morning at 9.30am and the shop was closed. The shop was then finally opened 30 minutes late. When I explained what had happened with my phone, I was told I was going to have to pay 60 euro to fix the screen. I will never use tech solutions in future, the standard of their products are completely below par and their customer service is atrocious.

However, with their business being closed down we searched for a new provider. We came across Speechpath while searching for a new VOIP Telco provider and we "stumbled across" Speechpath. It was one of the best stumbles we have ever made. We were gotten going with the porting/transfer within a week or so. The pricing for their services worked out less than we had been previously paying. Dave and Stuart are just Grrrrrrrrrreat. All we can say is that the service we get from Speechpath is "Service beyond the call of excelence". Thank you Dave, Stuart and Speechpath. From J.D. Linux 4 Life
