**Please note: an appointment is needed for all notary services.** As a notary public for the city and county of Dublin and the surrounding counties of Wicklow, Meath and Kildare, we provide a high-quality, high-touch service to all our clients. We are pleased to arrange for the legalisation of documents (whether by means of a Hague Convention apostille or otherwise) on behalf of our clients (extra charges apply). The purpose of a notary public is to attest to both the authenticity of notarised documents and the identity of the person who is signing the relevant document. In order to do this we need to see your original passport or driving licence (or other equivalent photo ID document) as well as a recent proof of address (e.g. utility bill or similar). We are happy to make copies of these documents for our files but you can speed up your appointment by bringing both the original documents and a copy when we meet.
