I was studying abroad…read moreand submitted a laptop that needed urgent repairs to the keyboard, being assured it would be done in two weeks max. Unfortunately, a week later I was sent back to the US due to the pandemic but was assured by the owner (Harry) that it could take some time but would eventually be sent back to me with the repairs made. After some spotty correspondence back and forth, that lead me to believe I would be receiving the laptop soon, I heard nothing from him. Five months have gone by and my laptop has not been sent, and I haven't received any reply to my numerous emails asking when it would be sent. For all intensive purposes my laptop was stolen. I feel very taken advantage of, them knowing that I was a visiting student who would be unable to come retrieve the laptop in person because of the extenuating circumstances. I can't help but wonder if this wouldn't have happened if I weren't a visiting student/tourist. In essence, their initial service was ok, but in the end they outright took/stole my laptop, and barely responded to my messages before entirely ignoring them. I'd strongly caution anyone not to go here, but especially visiting tourists or students studying abroad.

They've got all the equipment I wish they had and for a small charge they let me use it. They provide photocopying services and printing.
