Appalled with the costumer service from 511 tech solutions. Went in to get my iphone 5c screen…read morerepaired. Paid the cost to get it repaired. 2 days later, my phone fell from the couch from a hight of no more than 2 feet on to wooden floor and the screen cracked again. Having had iphones since they have been released I know the durability of the screens. This should not have happened. I then reenacted the exact fall of the phone with another iphone 5, knowing sure that the screen wouldn't crack and it didn't. Within an hour my phone was completely unusable, I couldn't open or close it. This would never happen with an original iphone screen. I arrived on monday morning to 511 tech solutions, and the person who deals with phone damage was not present. I then arrived back the following morning at 9.30am and the shop was closed. The shop was then finally opened 30 minutes late. When I explained what had happened with my phone, I was told I was going to have to pay 60 euro to fix the screen. I will never use tech solutions in future, the standard of their products are completely below par and their customer service is atrocious.

It's not bad of a place…read more. I've been going here since 2004. And to be honest, not much has changed except for their services. They started with just Internet and Phones. Now, they do, PC repairs, Computer class for Beginners, Remote Support, Website Design + Hosting... Guys behind the counter are cool heads and always help me out if not busy or occupied with other stuffs. Btw, i never Fax'ed from this place, but i did go check their rates, and somehow find it hard to believe what previous user said. It simply doesn't make sense looking at their rates of euro 1 per page and 0.50c for every other on same number. Anyway, it's a great place if you need technical help as well.

He was super friendly and took all the time in the world helping to describe the different bus tours and the stops he would recommend on each and why. As if that wasn't awesome enough, he also laughed at some of my jokes, which if that doesn't exemplify "above and beyond customer service" ... I don't know what does!! :). This service really exuded the Irish friendly service I had heard so much about before my trip. Thanks, really looking for to the bus tour!

I urge anyone contemplating using Lynch for computer repairs to go elsewhere. I was studying abroad…read moreand submitted a laptop that needed urgent repairs to the keyboard, being assured it would be done in two weeks max. Unfortunately, a week later I was sent back to the US due to the pandemic but was assured by the owner (Harry) that it could take some time but would eventually be sent back to me with the repairs made. After some spotty correspondence back and forth, that lead me to believe I would be receiving the laptop soon, I heard nothing from him. Five months have gone by and my laptop has not been sent, and I haven't received any reply to my numerous emails asking when it would be sent. For all intensive purposes my laptop was stolen. I feel very taken advantage of, them knowing that I was a visiting student who would be unable to come retrieve the laptop in person because of the extenuating circumstances. I can't help but wonder if this wouldn't have happened if I weren't a visiting student/tourist. In essence, their initial service was ok, but in the end they outright took/stole my laptop, and barely responded to my messages before entirely ignoring them. I'd strongly caution anyone not to go here, but especially visiting tourists or students studying abroad.

They sorted me out really quickly, I brought all the documents I wanted to print in a usb stick so I was able to just use the computer there and choose all the different print settings I needed and send them to the printer, it was pretty straightforward. Staff was nice, but they could've been a little bit more helpful - I was leaving there with about 90 printed pages and they didn't even offer to put them in a pouch or a paper bag for me, instead I had to ask for one - and then they provided it with no problem, but this is the kind of thing that makes the difference between four and five stars.
