Within a week of this, they closed their doors and contacted the customer that they needed to pickup their remaining tile for another bathroom in a few days or it would not be possible to retrieve it. Obviously, they were not managed financially. I certainly would hope Allyson is never able to access another business again, as she is not qualified to be doing so. You expected me to install tile that takes 40% more time and further yet install it on 50% more area and then act shocked, bewildered and frustrated when I tell you this. You attempted to change the terms and conditions of a negotiated agreement and then dare to call me greedy ("I sent him a list of items to install. All was fine until he saw that we had picked a rather nice set of marble tiles. At this point I can only suspect that the greed got the better of him and he wanted to have more money.") When you changed the terms I did NOT ask for more money, on the contrary, I simply and politely informed you that I was not interested in working for you and apologized for any inconvenience. Your recent unprofessional behavior and name calling made it clear that I made the correct assumption and appropriate decision not to work for you.
