Extremely dissatisfied wish I could put negative stars. Ordered 2 tons sand for my pool, was told would be delivered today, then got a call that all their trucks broke down. When called to have order changed to tomorrow the woman we spoke with was EXTREMELY rude. We told her that the person we spike with Sunday advised that 5pm is OK for delivery, she told us it didnt matter who we talked to because they can't do it. No apology. I am not satisfied with the services that were provided by this company. My husband and I ordered 5.5 tons of 2B Limestone to be delivered to our house to be put down for the extension of our driveway. The driver, Brad, that delivered our load of gravel was pleasant, but did not listen (twice) to how I wanted the gravel to be placed. In turn the truck tore up the fabric we had laid down in the driveway over the dirt and caused ruts in our driveway. The driver ended up putting the gravel into one big pile (not the way we wanted it!) and then ran over part of our retaining wall with the truck on the way out. I called the company and spoke with the owner about the events that occurred with our delivery. He was rude and abrasive. When he was told how we had asked the driver to place the gravel I got the reply, "that is a really stupid f*cking idea". The owner told me he would speak with the driver and would call me back about the retaining wall he had knocked over. He never called me back. The owner of this company is rude and treats his customers very disrespectfully. We have given them thousands of dollars worth of business and yet, when we had a minor problem with a recent order, the owner started yelling at my husband and calling him names. I am a business owner myself and would never dream of being so rude to such good customers. We were very shocked by this immature behavior from a businessman. I'm not sure how they are still in business if they treat their customers this rudely. read more

I give them no stars and caution anyone not to use them. After they were 35 minutes late, I called. He said he had to check my order. Whoever he was, he just laid the phone down and started yelling and talking about losing our order. He then picked up the phone and told me he would call me right back. After an hour, I called again. At this point, we had been waiting for them for 4 hours. He said he was just getting to our order and someone would be here in an hour unless there was traffic or something. I told them we had already been waiting for hours and as a new customer, our relationship wasn't starting off great. He then began yelling at me and telling me they were too busy for phone calls. Since he was yelling at me, I said I'm a new customer and didn't cause your problems so I wasn't sure why he was yelling at me. He then began yelling again and I said I think we should cancel the order. He yelled that was better for them if we did and hung up on me. I have prepaid for this order, so I had to call back and ask when they would refund my money. He yelled they would do it Monday. read more
