I have worked with Attorney Victor Medina, as a colleague and fellow attorney, on a variety of…read moreestate planning and elder law issues over the past several years. And I can say, without reservation, Victor possesses the "trifecta" of character traits defining the type of attorney toward whom smart clients gravitate. First, Victor is very bright and extremely competent in his practice area. But that can be said of many attorneys -- so more is needed to win my endorsement. What truly makes Victor Medina unique (and an excellent choice as an attorney) is his ability to combine this core legal competency with additional skills that are far more uncommon when it comes to attorneys. Specifically, Victor genuinely cares for his clients and is an empathic listener. [I think most would agree that its rare indeed to find an attorney who actually "listens"]. But I've also been struck by Victor's unmatched creativity when it comes to developing customized solutions for his clients. To boil my impressions of Victor Medina down to a single, pithy sentence: Victor Medina is a (1) skilled attorney; (2) who compassionately listens; and who (3) creatively "think outside of the box." So, in my book, that's the "trifecta" when it comes to attorneys!.
