I have been so impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship and the consistently careful, hard work, appropriate working hours (always on time, taking timed breaks as they should) and the caring, serious, and also cheerful attitudes I can see by the way they work and talk to each other. They have taken care of every little detail with pride and care and my house looks magnificent. They also built a fence for us and fixed our deck when a bear wrecked the flower boxes by sitting on them a few years ago. They do big jobs like this but they are equally skilled and careful with small handyman jobs. The angles and cuts are exact on the carpentry, everything is caulked that doesn't run away before being painted, and Cintia never says, "no, we can't do that". And their prices are fair and reasonable! I feel so much relief knowing that whatever I can't do in my house, they can, and they will do a great job for a fair price in a timely fashion. Communication with this company should be clear and in writing to accommodate any language barrier issues, and there needs to be an understanding that estimates will change once the craftsmen are up on ladders and can see what actually needs to be done. The owner can only see so much from the ground, and it's a good idea to compare your own scope of work with hers in an e-mail to make sure it is what she plans to do--she's very easy to work with over e-mail. This company intends to treat its customers fairly and reasonably, and people who work with them need to be equally committed to a good business relationship. I will call them for everything I need in the future.
