They have spent the past two weeks repairing and painting our house in Pepperell, starting this big project the day after the estimate. I have been so impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship and the consistently careful, hard work, appropriate working hours (always on time, taking timed breaks as they should) and the caring, serious, and also cheerful attitudes I can see by the way they work and talk to each other. They have taken care of every little detail with pride and care and my house looks magnificent. They also built a fence for us and fixed our deck when a bear wrecked the flower boxes by sitting on them a few years ago. They do big jobs like this but they are equally skilled and careful with small handyman jobs. The angles and cuts are exact on the carpentry, everything is caulked that doesn't run away before being painted, and Cintia never says, "no, we can't do that". And their prices are fair and reasonable! I feel so much relief knowing that whatever I can't do in my house, they can, and they will do a great job for a fair price in a timely fashion. Communication with this company should be clear and in writing to accommodate any language barrier issues, and there needs to be an understanding that estimates will change once the craftsmen are up on ladders and can see what actually needs to be done. The owner can only see so much from the ground, and it's a good idea to compare your own scope of work with hers in an e-mail to make sure it is what she plans to do--she's very easy to work with over e-mail. This company intends to treat its customers fairly and reasonably, and people who work with them need to be equally committed to a good business relationship. After 2 years of trying not to post here I'm! They came highly recommended by a friend of mine. But thighs did not turn as planned, it took to long they ordered the wrong cabinets that should be my sign not to keep going. Shame on me. I have a lot of patience so I try my best to understand that some time mistakes happens. This picture said all I was left behind with not best results for from before and after seems good. But that was not the case, the end result was sloppy. Microwave was screw up, she did came forward and replace it for me to have someone else installed they cleanly couldn't do it. Dish washer still screw places that shouldn't be crew in there, she promised my everything was goin to be fine and that we where going not to do anything after but here we are still fixing what they screw. Terrible execution, poor communication and poor results. Our project went over budget, took nearly 2 months to complete, and left us with several repairs to manage on our own with a different contractor. All in all would not recommend this business. They did not measure, budget, nor is any of the finish work professional, overall we wasted a lot of money trying to support a local small business. read more

Owner was very friendly and personable. Had new hardwood flooring in family room and laminate in kitchen and two small bathrooms. Price was reasonable. Owner did not measure and took my word for room size. I over estimated (320 sq ft vrs. 250 sq ft). I was billed for 350 sq ft. When I asked about getting a credit for the 3 boxes of hardwood she returned to the store for credit, she said the foreman had bought extra just in case. As a business person the owner could have reviewed our originally contract and should have adjusted accordingly. Yes, I signed a contract, I honored my end and paid the full amount. But the owner not following thru shows no integrity or respect for her clients. read more

The crew and the owner did a great job. They were very accommodating and polite. I made a number of changes to the project at last minute but they did not say a word and made sure I received the best service. The owner responded very quickly to my initial phone call and within 2 days they came to the site to work on the painting project. Their pricing is also affordable. I would definitely go with them for other future painting projects. read more
