It's a FEBO, what is there to say except this is a big boy, in a majestic location, beautiful street and building. It's on the corner, very close to the train station.
I never saw these types of "penny diners" or whatever they were called in America. Maybe in New York City, but they don't really makes sense in non-densely populated areas, but they work great here, where the climate allows the doors to be opened most of the time, so easily accessible from the sidewalk.
The workers are very friendly and accessible. It's well lighted, bright inside.
I don't eat this type of food a lot but when I walk by, I certainly wish I that I did (and can)!
Their croquettes are delicious. But don't burn your mouth....they are hot!, they are supposed to be hot! But it's not fun to rip the skin off of your lip when on vacation! I couldn't imagine living above this place, I'd be as big as a house, eating there all the time. read more
