It is very clean and organized. Each of the franchise sections are easily recognizable in the store. After spending the whole day in the park, on our way to exit we stopped by here. I noticed the back side of the store they had a small clearance section that had up to 40% discounts. The Harry Potter section was the biggest section in the store. The Super Mario World was also big. Product types included apparels, toys, dolls, magnets, stickers, key rings, stationary and many more varieties. There were plenty of staff members throughout the store. Few of the assisted us with finding the apparel sizes we were looking for. Checkout on both days were quick and easy. I also did a return at the store that was swiftly processed. As a big shopper, I loved spending time in this store, going thru each of the sections and looking thru the merchandise products one by one.

The design of this store is fun and the people were nice. They have different merchandise for Harry Potter or The Simpsons, etc...and a lot of dinosaur Jurassic Park stuff. Overall, a fun store.

Stores such as Apple, Aldo, The Gap, Banana Republic, Bed, Bath & Body, Bloomingdale's, Coach, Express, Hollister, Macy's, Vans, and many others. The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. I have heard so much about this place, but yesterday was my 1st time being there. One of my friends…read morelives very closeby and not only does she talk about this place, but every now and then she purchases few things from this store. The store has multiple locations. With that being said, I walked in yesterday around 2:30pm and was greeted by a lovely young lady. Her name was Gloria. She had a very pretty smile and also smelled nice. Liked the scent of her perfume. The store is pretty big, it was well organized according to their items. They have everything from women's clothing, shoes, decor, home goods/essentials, men's apparel, kids toys, clothes, and a whole lot more. As I was browsing the store, another employee wanted to know if I needed anything. I told her yes, but once I find out, I will let you know. All the aisles were very well stocked, according to their items, and easy to navigate. I ended up buying few things that I needed, liked and wanted. However, the quality of the merchandise is sort of cheap, and some things kind of smelled a bit raggedy. Prices were affordable though. I bought a nice indoor doormat, got a pretty scented candle, a 2 quart cooking pot, white slippers, a nice mug, (with hot, red lips on it), 2 small everyday use glasses for juice, punch..2 Febreze (different scents), bath brush to use while your skin is wet or dry, (2 in one), 2 Linen Sprays,(cotton mist & English Lavender), imitation Donna Karen purse. More for going out, 2 liquid soaps, (Rose & Peony), smells so good, and Dove bar soap. I don't know when was the last time I have seen a bar soap. Pair of black leg warmers, (80's people would know), pair of white socks, a pretty Summer dress, (with black and white stripes), a nice dressy, outgoing, yet practical black skirt, a nail clipper set, and last but not least, an artificial plant decor for the house. Store was clean, I was hoping to hear some music, makes the shopping experience more fun and better. Plenty of parking spaces shared with other businesses. Used the restroom and needed some attention. It could have been cleaner. I will return next time I am in the area. Don't expect a high volume, quality, like Ross, Target, or Marshalls. Even those stores.. every now and then are not the best. They also had good sale items, snacks/beverages by the registers. For all that, I only paid less than $145.00. Not including tax. Thank you all...

She had an attitude soon as I walked up to her at the register to exchange shoes I purchased for my daughter. She continued to ignore my questions about sizing for a jacket I picked up to exchange and acted like what I was asking her regarding sizing was stupid question. She threw the new receipt in front of me and when I asked if I need to keep the old one incase the jacket doesn't fit she said it was not her problem and walked away. Never will shop here or support such a bitter and ungrateful business owner. Shame on you! All her products are also overpriced and terrible material. The shoes I purchased looked used and terribly cheap fit. Do not recommend setting foot here! Judgmental and bitter owner!!! Nicole just responded back to my review and it's clear to see the lack of professionalism on her end! Usually a response from a business owner would be that they are sorry for the miscommunication and that they would like to make it right. You're just a miserable individual who has no idea what customer service entails! No one just comes up with a review for no reason. Shame on you and thank you for proving my point! Also just read all your one star reviews and they are all about how rude you are! How embarrassing for you.

We absolutely love this store…read more Anytime we're at the mall we always make sure that we stop in. We're a big board game and puzzle family and this is the best store for both of those things in the San Fernando Valley that I'm aware of. It is located inside the mall so be aware of that. They have a good selection of games, they have a really excellent selection of puzzles. I'm sure this is driven by what sells for them but they have way too many Funko pop figures for me. That's not my thing, and it takes up a lot of space in the store. But I'm sure they sell a lot of them. They also have some great toys, although not a great selection of them. Everyone here who works here is friendly and helpful. We've never had any issues there. I will say their recommendations are not always great. The main thing that does bring this store down a little bit is just how expensive some of the things can be. It's pretty often that you can find the same item for less money on Amazon. I know that makes me sound heartless, and I love supporting shops like this, but sometimes the price difference is very considerable. But overall it's a great store, definitely check it out.
