I took my sister and parents out to lunch. This place is located off Plank Rd (Rt.3), next to Wawa, Pep Boys and across from Cowboy Jack. As you are driving to the restaurant, there's two ways you can get in. Either you cut through Wawa or go around it. As you are exiting it can be a little tricky. There's plenty of parking spaces. As you walked in, it's clean, has a turtle and koi fish pond in the front lobby, plenty of booths and tables, the buffet trays are clean in between each one, on your left are the sushi and hibachi station, in the center there are 3-4 rows of variety of selections and on the rear are the variety of soups and ice cream. There are unlimited combinations, flavorful dishes and it's AYCE. I enjoy a multiple of items such as plantains, Korean soup, lo mein, stir fry green beans with garlic; sushi, Chinese donut with chocolate pudding; fried chicken and baby clams. All staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. If you ever get a chance to be in the area of Fred'burg, come check them out.

The food was ok. The food is just warm. The great thing there is a variety and you can eat as much as you want. The staff was friendly and would take your empty plates fast and fill up your drink. The cost is around 18 dollars a person plus the cost of a drink so it comes out to around 21 dollars a person.

Do not eat here. There are bugs in the food. My family sat down for 10 minutes and found bugs in the food. We told the staff we would like to leave and didn't want to pay as we just got there. The manager tried to follow us out the door after saying we could leave so he could take a picture of my license plate to file a dish and dash report. I told him i wasnt leaving if he was going to file a false police report and he could call them while i was there because im not paying to eat bugs. He called the police and forced us to pay for food we didn't eat. This is disgusting behavior and no way to run a business. Picture included. This was on fathers day also. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Not awful but not worth the price. Just your standard Chinese buffet. Nothing spectacular and not a whole lot of flavor. Still it was clean.

While the sushi rolls are a bit heavy on the rice, the quality and variety of rolls was very good. Along with a full menu which includes appetizers, soups, ramen and hibachi entrees there is quite a good amount of choices. If a group includes someone who isn't a fan of sushi, there are options for them. My wife and I both ordered a miso soup to start along with beverages and I also ordered a shrimp shu mai appetizer. We then stuck with the sushi which was available at the buffet. Since they state up front that they will charge for "wasted" food, the best recommendation is not to load up your plate but get a smaller number of things at a time and make multiple visits to the buffet. The variety of creative rolls impressed me as well as the quality. I was also impressed with how clean the restaurant was. While I did gaze briefly at the desserts, I didn't try any as I was full from trying the many of the sushi rolls available.

Fxbg has a few spots for Japanese cuisine, all with their own perks, but I think Osan tops them with the perfectly rounded experience. We were seated very quickly on a chilly Saturday evening and started with edamame, miso soup, and hot tea. We had to leave room for the sushi boat for two (so fun!! always wanted to try this!) with wonderful choices of sushi and sashimi from the chefs. I wish we could customize the choices a bit as the fried roll didn't suit our preferences, but maybe they would accommodate if we had just asked! Also, the wasabi is very intense, more so than any other place I've had it. A little goes a long way! In short, everything was fresh and flavorful, a fantastic sushi experience. Would recommend :)

This was some of the saltiest food I have ever been served at a restaurant. The sushi did not taste fresh at all, and the lemon slices added to it completely ruined the flavor. From the start, the curb appeal made a great first impression. Inside, the space felt cozy and intimate, perfect for a relaxed dinner. We were seated right away and handed menus. Their drink list offers a nice variety of sake and cocktails, but we opted for water and freshly brewed black sweet tea. As someone who's picky about iced tea, I was impressed -- it was flavorful, lightly sweetened, and perfectly balanced. My boyfriend started with the miso soup, which had an incredible, savory depth of flavor. For our main dishes, we ordered a Hawai roll along with two Pad Thais -- one with chicken and one with tofu. The Hawai roll was easily one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. The tempura shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the combination of coconut flakes, mango, and coconut cream sauce made it both unique and delicious. The Pad Thai dishes were also great, though they had a bit more spice than I'm used to -- not overwhelming, but definitely noticeable. Overall, we were really impressed with Miso. The food, atmosphere, and service all hit the mark, and we'll absolutely be back!

It is located in Southpoint/ Spotsylvania area in a strip mall with other businesses such as Gourmeltz and Mexico Palace. As you walked in, restaurant is spacious, clean and has a ginormous wall printed decor. You make your order at the counter and it is brought to your table. I ordered 5 items: 1) Beef Shoyu Ramen 2) Unagi Rice Bowl 3) Spicy Soy Garlic Wings 4) Matcha Milk Tea 5) Lychee Rose Fruit Tea. If you have a large order and dining in, just be patient and they will bring all items to you. As both beverages arrive to the table, the matcha milk tea was silky and smooth whereas the lychee rose fruit tea is not overpowering and you can taste each ingredient as it swirls around in your mouth. They are both refreshing and delicious. If you wish to add boba you can in your beverages. The unagi (grilled eel) rice bowl looks very scrumptious, filled to the rim served with steamed rice, fresh cucumbers, shredded carrots, pickled daikon and topped with sweetened soy glazed grilled eel fillets. Once incorporated together, your first spoonful won't be disappointed but yet satisfying. When you make your selection for the variety of ramen bowls, there's also additional toppings that you can add to your bowl too. The beef shoyu ramen arrives to the table in a unique pottery black bowl. It is gently display with noodles on the bottom, sliced beef, bok choy, seasoned boiled egg, dry nori, and added other toppings such as corn, tofu, and garnish with chopped cilantro, scallions, and sesame seeds. The first thing I did was tasting the broth and it didn't disappoint. It was exquisite savory, flavorful and light. The noodles were soft, tender and the entire bowl was aromatic and complex. My palate was jumping for joy. Lastly, the spicy soy garlic wings had a nice crunch, the soy garlic thick sauce really coats the wings but that chicken was so juicy, tender and incredible. With all of the items ordered, I will definitely get it again! Our multi-tasker guy was Alex. He was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. I will definitely make a return visit to try other items on their menu. This place was worth the visit.

Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The Spicy Soy Garlic wings were delicious too -- crispy with a sweet, savory glaze. Not super spicy, more on the mild side, but very tasty. A lot of choice with drinks. We got a mango cloud drink, texture is more of slushy and was very refreshing. We ordered at the counter but you can order with the self order pad. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being watched differently than other customers. While others were greeted warmly and seated without hesitation, I was met with a cold, skeptical attitude that never improved. It quickly became clear that this wasn't just inattentive service--it felt like racial profiling. Staff hovered near my table in a way that was anything but subtle, as if my presence alone required surveillance. Things escalated when I paid in cash. After placing the money in the guest receipt holder and heading toward the exit, I was abruptly chased down by the manager, who stopped me and demanded to know--loudly and accusatorily--whether I had actually paid. The confrontation happened within earshot of other patrons, turning an already uncomfortable experience into something openly humiliating. Even after clarifying the situation--yes, I had paid, and yes, they eventually found the cash--the tone never shifted to an apology. If anything, the staff seemed irritated that I challenged their assumption. No acknowledgment, no accountability, just a quiet retreat and continued coldness. No meal is worth being treated with suspicion and disrespect. There are too many places that value their customers to waste time and money somewhere that makes you feel unwelcome for no valid reason. I won't be returning, and I strongly urge others to think twice before supporting a place that treats people this way.
