I've been coming here for years even with management and name change. I recently came here on a weekday for sushi. $15.99 for all you can eat. The menu is very limited at lunch now. Jive noticed the quality decline. It's starting to feel like "fast food" sushi instead of a real sushi experience. I had two rolls, crab Rangoon, and a steak hibachi. Not sure I'll be back honestly. It's mostly just rice, sauce, and fried. The bathrooms are in disarray, with nearly all of the color stripped on the floors. Would recommend trying somewhere else for sushi. There are many places in Fredericksburg.

Lots of choices. The sushi was super fresh and the service was really quick. Also, the green tea was bomb. Can't beat all you can eat sushi that's fresh and tastes great.

Came here with my wife and friend in August while visiting Fredericksburg as we knew it is the sister restaurant to Sushi Queen in Sterling and Sushi King elsewhere in Virginia. The food was good and plentiful for the price with All You Can Eat. The service was fast and friendly. The ambiance had music that was somewhat loud and the place is older and roughly half the size of Sushi Queen in Sterling.

Great! Our server was great and very accommodating to our friends with dietary restrictions. I ordered a roll and didn't really like it and wasn't pressured into eating it like when they had the old owners. The place was clean and busy but the food kept coming g out pretty fast.

First time in here. No wait to sit. Place was decently busy but not packed. Very loud inside between crowd and music felt like I was in a busy bar. Rolls were good, slightly small but all you can eat I'll take small and tasty all day. The rice was decent, not the best a tad dry on some rolls. Tried 3 different varieties of mosago and they all tested off. The single pieces of sushi were excellent! The portions on the salads were small but I actually liked that. Allowed me to enjoy different selections without getting too full. Minus a star for the atmosphere and the tables and floors felt greasy like a waffle House. Not dirty just greasy Overall a decent all you can eat option. I like that they have lunch pricing during the week too!

Really good. All you can eat. The sushi was great. Very tasty. I would recommend. It is nice to be able to try so many things.

Temporarily staying in town and googled this place. Having not eaten all day I saw the Google reviews for this place and in a hasty process sped over here. How anyone can call this "sushi" is beyond me. I didn't realize it was an all you can eat establishment and with that didn't expect the best quality but good lord. All the rolls barely had any fish! The menu consists of mostly deep fried rolls and the rolls with fish come out with some weird paste on top and inside. They're also really heavy on the rice that wasn't the best quality. I tried the unagi sashimi in an attempt to see if it came with real eel and it was quite unpleasant. Extremely disappointing. I've never experienced this level of bad sushi and should have researched it more. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unfortunately.

Seemed like a while for just a fried burrito on a Wednesday night, but I made my way over and got into the store at 6:50, thinking I would only have to wait a few minutes. I should have known that with the amount of people standing around, that something was not quite right. People were coming in and ordering and being told it would be about 20 minutes for their burritos and that seemed fine to me until I noticed a few people who had come in after me, put in an order for the same item at the counter, and getting their food before me. At some point they told people they would have to wait longer because they "ran out of rice" and I'm flabbergasted as to how a Poke/Ramen joint isn't constantly making rice. Employees were seemingly scrambled. I assume they were understaffed or just simply cannot keep up with the orders they were given outside of regular poke bowls, but their system of keeping track of orders seemed completely disheveled. I did not get my food until 7:43 - Over an hour after I put in an order. The employee apologized and offered me a drink for having to wait for so long, and I appreciate that, but I realized that they weren't even using the doordash system for marking off when orders were done, as they didn't even mark my order as complete until 8:18. Having to wait almost an hour in the restaurant was already making me upset. I figured this has to be the best thing I will have eaten in FXBG for the wait. Unfortunately... it was not. The fry on the burrito was fine, but ratio of the amount of rice to the actual protein and veggie mix ins was abysmal. It just felt like I was overcharged for really bad service and a very "meh" dinner that I didn't even get to enjoy.

It's located in the same shopping center as Korean Wings (formerly Bonchon), Five Below and Melting Pot. As you walked in: it's clean, plenty of seats, and modern chic atmosphere. There was a variety of selections off their menu in which I wasn't able to decide so I create a mini buffet. There were 9 items ordered: 1) Chicken Ramen 2) Vegetables and Shrimp Tempura 3) Kimchi Ramen 4) Sushi A La Carte 5) Japanese Spring Roll 6) Regular Sashimi 7) Potato Cheese Mochi 8) Jasmine Green Tea 9) Yellowtail Nigri. Surprisingly everything that was ordered didn't disappoint. They all had great flavors, great quality especially the sashimi, ramens was filled with umami and you don't want to miss out. We had excellent service by servers Karina and Alyssa. They were both friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and great teamwork. I will definitely make another visit to try other items on their menu.

Sashimi deluxe- pretty damn good. But overall not so happy when something that is simple is overdone with sugar, poke has more vegetables than fake poke and miso soup, dam add some miso paste, it should not taste like slightly flavored water. I'm sorry your manager wasn't happy about my concern for food did not make the cut, but I am the paying customer, and I should not have to just accept food that isn't prepared accordingly, lacking in taste. So change the dish of poke and call it a bento bowl because that is what i t is.
