I mean, my fiancée is doing all the communicating and coordinating. Plus, she paid for the tasting with money coming out of her checking account. Then, why am I the only one they email? Why do I have to forward my fiancée her receipt for the meals that she paid for? I wish their sales coordinator would click Reply All to include both the bride and the groom on email threads. Another communication faux pas - it's a seemingly little thing - they keep spelling my name wrong. I wouldn't bring this up except for the fact that my email address is my name. It's an open book test. And if they miss that level of detail, I worry about what else they're missing. Anyway, after much correspondence and forwarding multiple emails, we finally made it to the tasting. The tasting was delicious! However, our concerns about their poor communication remain. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how good your chef is if your sales coordinator is chasing people away.

She went above and beyond to provide what we needed to make it a special day. We received so many compliments from the guests about good the food was. The servers were top notch! It is a bunch of big kitchen areas and workspace in a facility equipped to handle any major catering event easily and completely. We attended their celebration of 10 yrs in this larger facility. Pepper Moon has been serving the community for 30 yrs total. First off there was a nice presentation and cocktails available to kick off the tasting and runway show. Then we all filed in the front door to see an amazing and creative array of fun activities and food galore. The place is big enough that no one was crowded in at the food stations. In fact it was easy to lose your bearings when walking around. They had plenty of helper staff, including a robot that took our picture along with food, drink a runway floor show with models wearing accessories and fabrics the business offers to enhance any catering event. We wanted for nothing and got so much. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
