I stopped by T&J Car Audio to ask about scheduling and was surprised that they could get me in the same day. As I suspected, it turned into a real job even for them due to the way the battery compartment is isolated and the fact that the new Bose systems have so many quirks. It ended up consuming the rest of their day but it's exactly as I wanted and at a price that made me feel guilty. I've already lined up another vehicle for them to do. Don't get any mobile electronics done without checking here first.

He will request a deposit, take your car, and park it at someone else's house for months on end. He will then fabricate a ridiculous story about why he couldn't complete the service you paid for. This individual is a con artist, a thief, and a liar, not only to strangers but also to his own family. A few years ago, he partnered with a detailing company, but that business also failed. I changed my mind on the percentage of tint I wanted in my windshield so he was unable to complete it that day. On August 27th I requested a refund for the windshield due to unavailability on both of our ends. I have yet to receive my refund of over $100 and he has not replied to me since September 9th. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I was recommended by a friend who now refuses to return to this business for her other two vehicles. This place gives small business owners a terrible name!
