The cap was exactly what I had ordered color matched to fit my 2026 Silverado 3500 HD Trail Boss. It arrived in less than 4 weeks. The installation was completed within an hour. The cap installed, brake light and interior lights wired, and remote lock for rear hatch wired and programed. A couple notes of interest. The cap was dusty and needed cleaned. The remote lock didn't work the first time I tried it. Fortunately I was still there and they quickly took care of the issue. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was way below competitors pricing. So, if your in the market for a new cap I would highly recommend GEM detailing.

They did not touch any of the door jams. The interior still had dirt in the cup holders. Dirt on the back seat and rear hatch floor. The ceiling was also still dirty. I don't think they even touched these areas. I asked to counter clerk several times what was included in a exterior detail and could not get a straight answer. He just mumbled around. I didn't get the impression he even knew. Previous detail work I have had done at other shops has been great. I will not be going back to or recommending gem to anyone.

Horrible at answering phones always recordings and no call backs had to catch when you can and story always changing but constant was they are "bogged down" and last conversation pretty much advised us to go elsewhere if we wanted good service which we did. After a few days later, when I arrived to the shop for my appointment, we talked about my car and I even informed Philo that I had went to another shop (gates... lol) and they quoted me almost $3k to fix my passenger car door. Which, by the way, my passenger side door would not open at all nor would the window go all the way down without making noise. Philo stepped outside and took a look at my car, analyzed it carefully and said, "Yup. I can fix it! And for a better price!" Sure liked the sound of that!! We went back inside and he searched up car parts for my car and gave me an estimated price. However, he said he would do some more searching and send me an accurate estimate through email. Philo took my information and I went on my way. Later that night, he called me and gave me the actual estimated amount and I said, "Let's do it!" (By the way, ALOT cheaper than Gates!!) We set up an appointment, where I'd practically be carless and he sent me the quote through email. I went to Philo's shop the following day and gave him half the deposit! A week later, I took my car to the shop. 3 and a half days later, my car was ready for pick up. (P.s. I was so excited!) When I arrived, he explained to me what they did to my car and how they even cleaned it as well! (I appreciated that so much!) He handed me my keys, I gave him the other half of the money and went on about my business. I opened my passenger car door and had such a relief that I could finally open the door again. It almost looks brand new! They did an absolute great job!! I absolutely loved how Philo was very knowledgeable, caring, and always replied to me in a timely manner when I had questions! I 100% recommend Philo's Body Shop! They were overall amazing! Unfortunately, I only have photos after they fixed it. But trust me when I say this... that passenger side door would not open!
