Did not have a good experience. Had an old garage door opener that was acting up. The technician…read morecame out, did not even look at the problem, just told me that the opener was too old to repair and there are no parts for it. I don't believe it needed any parts just an adjustment, but what do I know. Anyway, I asked him how much would it be to get a new one and he said $1,350 installed. I was a little surprised since everyone else quoted me half that price. When I proceeded to ask why he mentioned the Tarrifs, eventhough the pricing through Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Rona and Costco have not have stayed relatively the same. He then mentioned that if I replace all three garage doors they have a special to include an opener. That's when I knew it was time to end the conversation, gave him his $30 for coming out and walked away. I gave the review 2 stars because he showed up on time and seemed like a nice guy.

Zach was very friendly. I needed the spring replaced and he suggested changing the cables at the same time which I agreed to. He accepted e-transfer which was nice. We guess they must…read morehave been paid quite well to do such sh*t work if a picture is worth a thousand words than will stop here. We called them 1 year ago directly to ask if they'd just be good enough to replace the plastic window strip that they gave us the pleasure of broken plastic window guides. How the window has fallen out yet is a miracle. These people did the work we called them they have not made any attempts to warranty any issues. You don't even have to be an installer to know that they couldn't even install the hinges straight look at the pictures! One star is far too generous.
