This company laid silicone down on my roof TWICE - because the first time was completely inadequate - dripping it all over the plants, the side of my house, on a small wood fence, and all over a trash can. I don't have pictures of the trash can and the mess they made beside the trash can because I had to get rid of their mistakes by HOA standards and didn't have time to take pictures of their trash. What I do have pictures of, however, is their work from my licensed home inspector and from my personal pictures. I'm keeping those for future inspections. I have to admit I was skeptical this company actually did such a poor job, so I did contact them; and after further investigation...yes, they've admitted to their poor work. This company is an absolute careless case of a roofing company. The only reason I was able to discover their deficiencies, because I paid for a licensed home inspector three separate times to inspect their work. That's where the first class service began. My contractor, Kolo Manisela, guided and assisted me with obtaining a third party appraisal and ultimately receiving insurance coverage. I hated the fight but was thankful for the support and patience during the process. After picking out some nice Class 3 shingles and seamless gutters with leaf guards, the roof was cleared to decking and replaced in eight hours. The final walkthrough we noted a couple small changes I wanted and it was quickly addressed with no issues. Kolo Manisela was the driving force in getting me taken care of, the right way! Darrell and his crew came out and had our project complete in 2 weeks! This included, running water from the main water line at the street, tying electrical into the shop with a multitude of plugs (including a 50amp plug for our RV inside and outside of the shop), hung garage doors and installed the openers. They also laid a road base/rock drive way from our back gate all the way to the shop. One of the most honest and up front companies I have ever dealt with! I highly recommend them for any project, big or small. They will treat you right.
