This is a nice Italian restaurant that I didn't even know about and has a wide selection of Italian cuisine at great prices - their "sampler" combos where you get to have spaghetti, fettuccine Alfredo and other pasta plus a pizza slice (for $11 something, $15 with a drink and cookie) is great! Nostalgia brought us in, and yup it was about the same as I remember. In our college slash dating days, hubby and I used to come in for daily specials with unlimited breadsticks. If you play the deals right, you can really stretch a buck here. Tuesdays are our new fave, when kids eat for 99 cents, up to three with any adult entree. Sweeet deal. Food now. Breadsticks are saltier and more oily now than then. Too much so. Our first batch was actually soggy with oil, so we asked for a fresh batch with less oil and seasoning. Next came bare, hmm not quite what we meant, but oh well. As for the pastas, much like ten years ago, alfredo tastes watered down. Cheese in the ravioli bland with a gross texture. Avoid those two. Pizza is simple but pretty darn good, even with that prefab crust. Pizza sauce and cheese have some real flavor going on. It's my favorite item here, my old go-to, simple cheese or pepperoni is all you need. Baked dishes are supposed to be the bomb, but I have yet to try one. Dining room is typical for a Fazoli's and one of my favorite things about this place. For fast food, it's just comfortable. Tables and lighting give it more of a cafe feel. Not the plastic seats, cramped tables and exposed arrangements at other fast food places. Here I feel like I can have a nice, casual meal with my fam and not feel rushed, while listening to calming 90's adult alternative over their radio. Plus this place gets less customers on average, so the kids can get their own drinks, even run around a bit and I don't feel guilty. Service here is fast and friendly too. They've hired some quality people who will do about anything for you, just ask. As far as I know, they haven't delivered breadsticks to tables for some time. Dining room was clean, though my husband said avoid the ice dispenser. It may need a scrubbing. After all that, I admit I almost sound like I'm raving about the place. It does have it's charms and it's letdowns, menu hits and misses. But can I really justify a 4 star rating? Sure I can :) read more

Food and service was amazing! We took advantage of the $6.99 lunch special and it was surprisingly delicious and filling. Sammy took our order and served us at the table. The place isn't busy but the worker here thinks it's okay to make himself a plate and enjoy his meal while people in here are waiting for their food. They took 15 minutes to give me my food which I didn't mind at first because I thought it was going to be fresh out the oven. They gave me cold hard lasagna and it tasted terrible. The foil around it was hot but as soon as you opened it and taste it, it is so cold that the cheese in between wasn't even melted. Would NOT recommend this place for good Italian food. read more

Everyone was friendly and the food was ready quickly. It was however lacking in the cleanliness department. The tables could have used a good wipe down and things needed restocking but what concerned me the most was a health hazard. There was black mold growing on and around the fountain drink dispenser nozzles and inside the ice chute that goes directly into your cup. That doesn't happen overnight. It takes days and possibly weeks of neglect before mold can grow to that state (see photos) My concern is if that is in an area where customers can see, what is it like in the back where customers can't see? In their defense I'm sure they took care of it once I made them aware of the problem. read more

Super disappointing! First time to eat from here and it seriously went straight into the trashcan! I ordered chicken Alfredo and it smelled like shrimp, tasted like shrimp and barely had any sauce so the pasta was very dry. The "Dr.Pepper" was flat and I'm not even sure it was Dr. Pepper! The salad dressing provided was warm a d there was barely any I. the package. The breadsticks were decent but also a bit dry. Won't eat here again. My boyfriend and I just dined in at this location. 10/10 recommend. The staff was so helpful and sweet, their attitude was so positive which is so rare these days. We had not been to Fazoli's for several months due to Covid. My son and family were in town and wanted to try Fazoli's before they left. We dined in and the service was excellent. The person that took our order was very pleasant and helpful. She brought the orders to the table and made sure that we had breadsticks. The orders were large so we had to take some home because we were unable to eat the entire order. The employees seem to be going the extra mile to make sure the dining experience is good. Fast food Italian is correct. It reminds me of Sbarros which is located in most mall food courts. The food is just ok and inexpensive for the most part. . I'm sure if you weren't lazy/busy nuff to eat out, you could make a meal that equally as delicious. Each meal comes with a drink, choice of pizza or salad and garlic bread sticks. The bread sticks reminded me of a cross between Olive Garden and Pat and Oscar's bread sticks. Well, not as epic as P&O.. Just OK. Spaghetti and meat sauce was standard. I added a little salt and pepper. My salad was kind of wilted and old, but I liked the ceasar dressing! My better half ordered the chicken and broccoli pasta bake with a pizza. The sauce in his dish was creamy and I didn't really care for it. Too rich for my blood. What I should have ordered was the pizza. Man, the pizza was the best thing. Fazoli's is a fast food italian restaurant. It has changed a lot over the years, and now the quality of the food is much better than it has been in the past. For me, my experience at Fazoli's is based on the fact that I've found a dish that I think is really good so I just get that and don't worry. That dish would be the Penne Romano. Its a baked dish with penne in a marinara sauce with sliced italian sausage and cheese on top. The flavors are spicy and filled with goodness. Add to it the delicious breadsticks (which are all you can eat), and you get a great meal. I would suggest staying away from the alfredo stuff as their's is very watery. The main downfall to this place is that while some of it, like the Penne Romano, is really good, they make some stuff that isn't very good at all, so if you get the wrong thing, the experience will be bad for you. I know this is true for all places, but Fazoli's menu is a lot more hit or miss on the quality than other places. read more

Friday night with my Grandson was delicious and fun. The young person at the counter was joyful and knowledgeable. My boy loved and ate every bit of the spaghetti with meat sause, even cleaning the bowl with a breadstick. I thought the 3 cheese tortellini was also quite tasty. We like to play a little cards after we eat...even though we were completely finished with our meal the same, awesome young person from the front counter, just brought us a batch of free hot and fresh breadsticks...we snacked on them while we finished our card game. The worker kept calling my boyfriend "ma'am" she reviewed our order with us charged us for it messed it up then charged us for it again. And they didnt even give us everything we ordered. I've always had a great experience at Fazoli's and today was no exception. The food was delicious for fast food and plentiful, even though the prices have gone up. The service has gotten much better over the years. Since the Norman and Stillwater locations were shut down, I don't go as often, but the three times I've been have been wonderful. When we entered, we were greeted by three people; two at the registers, one man in front of the counter. We ordered, were immediately given our salads and cups, took our number, filled our drinks, and found a seat. Within 5 minutes of sitting, the man who greeted us brought our food; two spaghetti plates and a chicken mushroom alfredo bake, and six bread sticks (two for each of us). About halfway through our meal, he returned to ask if we needed more bread sticks and quickly brought us more. When we finished, he came back once again to take our plates and trash. We asked him for a box and he was friendly about finding one suited to the size of our leftovers. The bathroom was clean, but needed to be repaired and updated. There was no purse holder and the handle was broken. It wasn't any worse than other fast food restaurants. There was only one stall, but it was very big and there was not a long line. Overall, I was astounded that the improvements the business has made since my last visit. The food is much better in quality, and as always, the bread sticks are delicious and unlimited! read more

As I was headed out the door, their chocolate chip brownies caught my eye, WOW! it was wonderful! Tasted truly homemade. Ordered on the Fazoli's website NOT door dash. Sent a map of my complex with arrows pointing to my apartment. Stood outside in the cold as requested by the driver. My teenage granddaughter walked in the parking lot looking for her. The driver left without delivering or meeting me at the complex office. Called Fazoli's and they said they would send another order but I would have to pay again and go thru Doordash to get my money back for the 1st order. So, I am supposed to have over $80 taken out of my account in order to feed the grandkids? I called Doordash, only to find out it was Fazoli's that actually collected the money (like I thought) and Doordash resolution department called the restaurant and spoke with them, Fazoli's agreed to refund my money. I still have not heard from Fazoli's and I have written to their corporate office today, They have lost a customer- something that they can't afford to do during a pandemic. read more
