I was let down by this location. The floors were dirty, a few tables hadn't been bussed, and it smelled like old food in the dining area. I've been a Fazoli customer for years - over time the quality has gone down. Ordered pasta to go at the counter today, they told me rather forcefully to go sit down and wait. After 20 minutes of watching others who came in after me get their food, I asked for the second time where my order was. Finally they 'located' it on a shelf for door dash. The very young waitress thought it was uproariously funny that they put it in the wrong place. No 'sorry' , no offer to reheat the food. No breadstick, and a couple wet napkins stuffed in the bag. Seems dumb to review a chain fast food place, but I haven't seen one in years. I thought Fazolis was extinct! Pretty much like I remember. Ravioli with meat sauce is my go to. Very disappointed in this establishment, my brother is a Trucker and he delivers to numerous restaurants for their food orders and he was unable to drive his truck through the drive thru so he got out and waited in line. He let them know he was in a semi and they would not serve him. Told him sorry there is a hertz down the street. Yes someone offered to order his food for him. I love Fazolis but there are not any around where I live so I was so excited when I saw the Fazolis sign while on a trip through Mt Vernon. We went in and everyone was so friendly. The food was fabulous just as I remembered it. If you have never tried Fazolis this is a great place to start. The endless bread sticks are fantastic and reason enough to go there. read more

Years ago the Fazolis in my neighborhood closed. I didn't know why but it was good pasta fast. Without breaking the bank. Stopped at it on our trip in Indiana and realized their menu was nearly the same but prices were significantly higher. Instead of 5 to 6 buck it was 9 to 11 per person. Wow. What a shocker. We went into this restaurant yesterday for lunch. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and I asked for extra meatballs. The receipt reflected the additional price of extra meatballs. When the meal was delivered to our table, there were no extra meatballs. The waitress didn't even offer cheese from the grader. I was actually surprised how unfriendly the staff was, or it was severe lack in being able to be professionally social. Anyways, I asked the waitress where the extra meatballs were, and she replied she would go get them. Not to my surprise, she wandered around the dining room aimlessly the rest of my trip there, never bringing my extra meatballs. I went up to the counter to ask the cashier, and the clueless look on his face with the extra long line told me that I'll chalk it up a loss and won't get a refund for the food I never received. Terrible experience. I will not be back. I ordered a chicken bacon Cesar salad and a Cesar salad. The employee proceeded to charge me for 2 chicken bacon Cesar salads and did not tell me she was doing so. I then heard her tell to the kitchen that on one of those salads, I just wanted lettuce. I heard her and corrected her by telling her it was not just lettuce but a Cesar salad. I checked my receipt but only had the charge card total, so I had no idea how it was ordered. You can probably guess what I got. One ch Chicken Bacon Cesar salad and one with just lettuce, but they did throw on some parses Ean cheese. If they did not have a Cesar salad on their menu, they should have said so. How can they charge me for chicken and bacon and not tell me they were doing that? Ridiculous. read more

Fast friendly italian food. Got food for me and the wife. We got Ravioli, 2 salads, lasagna, alfredo, unlimited breadsticks, and unlimited soda refills for $13.08.
