Buckle up yall this is a good one Took my family out to eat here today, well there wasn't enough seating for the whole family so we pulled up an extra table. Apparently that's where we went wrong. One of the workers told us that wasn't allowed, of course in a not so nice manner. We told the lady that we would continue to eat and that if someone wanted the table next to us we would split up if we had to. Now mind you we had 5 kids with us ranging from 2 to 10. So she gets rude with us and walks away. Next thing we know a police officer is walking in asking us to leave. Obviously we hadn't finished our meal yet. But we still had to leave. My family ordered online and it told us to pick up in 30mins. It was told to be picked up around 5:06pm, so I left my house at 5:06pm and i get up to the speaker just to wait 10mins for me to tell them i'm just here to pick up my food. They proceeded to tell me that my oder was still not ready after 40mins. After that i started my timer and timed how long it took me to even get my food, all in all i waited in the drive through line for 40mins. They handed me my food and closed the window. As soon as we walked in (at 9:45) the front registers were already closed and a man (who I assume was the manager on duty) came right up to us and impolitely said "I assume this order is to go." Right before we came in a group of high school boys came in and sat down, yet no one said anything to them. We did not receive good service, very negative environment. They were very slow and there food looked nothing like the pictures on the menu very diapointing although the quality of the food was satisfactory. I would not recommend to most people but if you need something quick and nothing else is open it might be ok. read more

Friday evening around 6:30 pm - Granddaughter chose to celebrate her birthday there. Order was placed - salads came out sporadically, after 20 minutes the dinners finally started to arrive. My husband got his after we went back up to the counter twice AFTER everybody else was done eating theirs. Well over 30 minutes. They tried to give us a different order. We got 6 breadsticks for 7 people, they were soggy and way undercooked. Asked 3 times for more bread sticks and we got 6 more that were worse than the first batch and both times they were handed to us in a napkin. Iced tea dispenser was empty and there were dirty tables all over the place and floor was filthy with spilled food. For a Friday evening dinner service, this place is grossly understaffed and poorly managed. Doubtful we will ever return. read more

Have visited the Fazoli store #1646 in Festus, Missouri twice during the last 30 days and the food was great. Portion size is good and it has been consistent in quality. The employees were thoughtful and working very hard to make every diner happy. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the restrooms were not as clean as was expected, but it was late in the day and they had been pretty busy. read more

Visited for a Saturday afternoon lunch. Food here was ok. Nothing bad about it, but nothing great either. It was fresh though and I'd say it was typical Fazoli's. The reason for only 2 stars though is the terrible service. I always like dining in here because of the unlimited breadsticks. But when we got our order, there were only 1 breadstick a piece for them, and they didn't ask us if we wanted any more. I had to go back up to the counter for them. When I did, they only gave us 4, for a 4 person family. In the past I've seen them bring a big tray of breadsticks out and go table to table offering up extras. That was not the case. I had to go a second time to get more breadsticks. The poor counter girl had to drop what she was doing to get them for me. This may seem like a dumb reason to some for a bad review but it was just about what I was expecting g and what I actually got. I'll go back, but hopefully they are running things a little better. read more

Amazing food, great price. We had an amazing waiter named Jimmy, he was great! The unlimited breadstick were amazing, Although not the best for you ;). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants great Italian food fast! I have never been there and have been disappointed! I would strongly recommend the blueberry Italian Ice drink! read more
