Fazel is amazing. He is compassionate, empathetic, and offered creative and helpful solutions by tailoring his services to fit within our needs. Being a dentist, I have a very busy schedule. Fazel worked around my schedule and had our meetings via phone, email and in person. He is relatable, very knowledgeable and very ethical. So easy to speak to him about complex financial matters. Before meeting Fazel, I did not know what a fee only financial adviser does and what the differences are. I am happy I found someone working with the highest professional standards serving his clients best interests only. I highly recommend everyone to simply google and find out about fee only, fiduciary Financial Advisers. He offered no judgment, just understanding, and put our minds at ease. We created plans and solutions that we will follow long term to achieve our financial goals. I can't say enough good things about Fazel. I'd go to him again and would highly recommend him. This review is overdue. I am happy he finally started a Yelp page so I can share. read more

I was in the middle of purchasing a dental practice and used Fazel for my due diligence process. Prior to using Fazel, I've called around many accountants and hired a different consultant and accountant to look at another practice. So in other words, I did a lot of homework to find a good, dependable, and honest accountant. Fazel does not cut any corners. He is definitely much more thorough and competent than many other accountants or consultants in the area. He asks for many reports (that may drive you and your seller crazy) but it is for your benefit and it speaks volumes about how meticulous he is. He is not afraid to tell you whether the practice is a good or bad practice. He doesn't care how far along you are in the purchase and sale, if he finds something alarming he will let you know and give you the best advice. Per my lawyer, he trusts Fazel and he is the accountant that "wouldn't be afraid to set the deal on fire" if he feels there is a need to. This is exactly who you would want on your team working for you. If this is your first purchase and you would like to leave no stones unturned, give Fazel a call. If this is your 1000th practice, still give him a call. He may be able to find things about the practice you never knew before. Long story short, give him a call. read more

Fazel is my family's go to adviser for all financial questions. It's great to know you can trust someone who does not benefit from sales commissions of any products and solely provides advise as a fee only financial adviser. We had bought an expensive life insurance product 15 years ago that we actually did not need. We were under insured and were overpaying. Fazel educated us and helped us get the right product and save money. We also made proper planning for retirement. When my daughter was getting a job, he also made a plan for her to be on the right path. He is a true adviser. No products sold. Only good advice and plan. read more

Before my office closed due to C19 in mid March, I was always able to fall asleep easily and never experienced insomnia. Unfortunately, trying to navigate the ever changing waters of applying for the PPP and EIDL loans was anxiety provoking to say the least. Sleepless nights ensued. Then I attended a webinar hosted by Fazel. He is a much needed calming voice with the patience of a saint. He is an expert in his field and has a commanding knowledge of all aspects of helping businesses with their finances. His webinars gave me peace of mind knowing that I had the latest information at hand .On one webinar, he spent over an hour AFTER his two hour presentation was over to answer questions. There were over 140 of them and he answered ALL of them! He is a wealth of valuable information and explains difficult concepts in a manner that can easily be understood. And, to show what a professional and class act he is, if you don't understand his answer, he'll invite you for a free phone consultation to make sure you have a better understanding. Fazel is a welcomed voice during these uncertain times. Thank you Fazel for everything you do. I, for one, am much obliged. read more
