This company does not deserve any stars at all. First of all, they have a really stupid rule. That rule only allows for 3 bags of stuff. But luckily, you can get a really big grocery bag at Aldi for $1.99. It's the biggest you can find and it's very helpful for when you need more than 3 bags worth of items. FACT says they don't discriminate anyone (Civil Rights Act of 1969). But some bus drivers have discriminated plenty of people. The $1.50 fee for Uniontown is too much. It should be a dollar. Twice, I've had to put $2 in the machine. I didn't have quarters. I should've gotten a little discount later since I overpaid... TWICE. The bus drivers who drive the A bus are usually very rude. Some were actually very nice. I have mostly taken the A bus places. So as of now, I only know about the drivers of the A bus. I have taken other buses too, though. But I haven't taken the bus in a year. I'll tell you about my experiences with these rude drivers. I have complained to their bosses, yet their bosses don't even give a f*** the size of a dust mite's s***. Now, before I tell you about the A bus, I just want to say that there was this one driver of the Nemacolin bus who was very rude and unprofessional. Now about the A bus. Jim currently works the morning/afternoon shift. He has for years. He is not exactly rude, but he is unprofessional. He is always going ahead of the schedule. He'll be at a place 2-5 minutes before the time the bus is scheduled to be there. Joe worked the afternoon/evening shift last year. Idk if he still does, but my experience with him was THE WORST. He used to drive the B bus. He was very rude and unprofessional. He's also too old and should've retired at least 5 years ago. Idk how old he is, but I do know that he's too old to work. He preferred some riders over others. He's one of those people who thinks that they're better than those who disagree with them or do the opposite of what they do, or if someone makes a mistake, they just start hating on them for no apparent reason. Joe called me out for things I did "wrong" and that he didn't like. I didn't do s*** wrong. He was wrong. This one day, there was this lady with her 2 girls who got on the bus. They sat in the back seat. I was just 3 rows in front of them. This lady was talking loudly on the phone, but that didn't bother me. Joe started yelling at her and getting smart with her cuz she was "cussing" (there's a "no swearing" rule on the buses). She never said a single cuss word. She started arguing with him, then eventually, ROASTED him. And without a single cuss word. She yelled at him saying that she wasn't cussing. He replied, "don't get smart with me". I don't remember everything she said, but I'll tell you what I remember. She roasted him. She told him not to get smart with her and that she wasn't cussing and that her kids are there. She also called him an old man and said something like "don't get smart old man! Ain't nobody cussing on this bus so you better shut up, old man!" Like I said, I don't remember everything she said. But then later she apologized to him. But she didn't mean it. She told me another time when Jim was driving. She asked me if I was there when she "cussed that other guy out". Her kids were with her again too. I said that I was and I told her she did a good job. Then she told me "I don't like that guy. I like this guy, he's a nice guy (Jim). I'll only come on when he's driving". But then again, Jim is not nice. He's rude, but at least he's quiet. And this lady is very sweet. Joe just made her mad that's all. Then there was one day when he broke his own rule. Hypocrite. There was some commotion with him and a regular rider talking about the Brownsville bus driver. I think the rider said he missed the Brownsville bus and the driver might've come ahead of time. Then Joe said "I called him and he didn't answer his damn phone. He didn't answer his damn phone." Yeah, the hypocrite broke a rule. He said "he didn't answer his DAMN phone"! He enforced a rule, but broke it himself! Unprofessional! I just might never take the bus again unless I have no choice whatsoever. read more
