When it was nearly 10 minutes and we were still waiting she came back and said just a few more minutes. Having a similar experience elsewhere before i was expecting that to turn into an hour, but no - we were seated literally 3-4 minutes later. When at the table the service staff were just as helpful with any questions we had and even managed a genuine smile which can so often lack in many places!!! We waited 15 minutes with the bill but had to go up to the counter anyway where 6 staff avoided eye contact and ignored us.
