We had looked at many "jewelry stores" in Florence, however, Volterrani & Raddi was a legitimate, professional, family-run business, not a tourist trap. We were supposed to return to Florence in 2020. I had hoped to purchase a Florentine Style Engraved Bangle Bracelet that I saw on their website. Unfortunately, the pandemic broke out, and we were forced to cancel our trip. We have now rescheduled for 2022. But if there's one lesson the pandemic has taught us, who knows what will happen a year from now? I've tried contacting Volterrani & Raddi on at least 3 occasions, with no response.
