I spoke with Charlie several times and he took care of my shuttle needs. I highly recommend Mountain View Shuttle & I'll be using them upon my next visit.

They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get on the first flight out of ABQ airport. My driver Stuart was an absolute pleasure, I greatly appreciated his pre-trip communication. After making my reservation he messaged me letting me know he would be my driver, confirmed pick up location, time, and what vehicle I could expect him in. Upon pick up the vehicle was clean and had plexiglass behind the driver and front passenger. Creating a strong barrier between driver and passengers. Stuart wore a mask for the entirety of our ride. He let me know where different bathroom stops would be available along the drive based on covid closures. The highlight of the drive being the delightful conversation about Taos history, local cuisine and several fabulous book recommendations. I will be making Taos Rides my go to whenever I am in town!

After reading the great Yelp reviews, I contacted Adrian to arrange a late-night pickup from Albuquerque to Santa Fe on a busy Thanksgiving weekend. Despite the short notice, he kindly fit us in. Adrian and our driver, Brad, stayed in constant communication with us and our daughter throughout the entire process. When her flight was delayed even further, Brad remained in touch, adjusted the pickup accordingly, and made sure she arrived safely in Santa Fe. Our most precious cargo, our daughter, was in the best hands. We are deeply grateful to the Certified Airport Transportation team and recommend them without hesitation. Their professionalism and care were outstanding. We look forward to using their service again. Thank you, Adrian and Brad!
