Various vegetable and cheese salads were being spooned into bowls for patrons. 6 Euros for a good sized portion is affordable. The cashier urged me to eat first, "Mangiare, mangiare!!!" and then pay. Servers were very friendly. The salad had unfermented green olives, cherry tomatoes, prosciutto, chunks of soft crumbled rustic bread, and chunks of cheese of unknown variety. The salad was moist. Sandwiches are also offered. Many people ate here on their lunch break. They must be regulars. We walked 2 kilometers the next day to eat here again passing by other cafes. Enjoy!!

So, what can I say about this place? You can watch them make…read morethe mozzarella! And it is good. Actually, everything I've tried here has been quite good. The mozzarella from the Milan supermarkets doesn't compare (but I have found some decent options). This shop offers the first ricotta that I've liked in my whole life! Now I know what it is supposed to taste like. Maybe since I am from the US, you might think this is no big deal. Just to give you some perspective, my Italian friend who now lives in Paris told me this is the place for cheese. When she visits, this is where she has to shop. No doubt there plenty of other good places in Milan. This one is definitely on the list and worth the trip.

It's unacceptable! Don't write from 8 to 10 if you want to close at 9:45!?!?!!!!!! Mostly for that I give 1 star and for the fact, that the fish I bought there was only borderline fresh! You people should to better in the town of Italy's largest fish market!!! Apart from that, after 8pm everybody seems to have a rather curbed enthusiasm to keep the store clean as broken bottles lie on the floor for more than 20minutes (no, I didn't break it). The more I come here (it's right across the street from my appartment), the more I dislike it!

This is a lovely, spacious health food shop in central Milan with two floors of healthy foodie and…read morenatural beauty bits and bobs. We popped in here for a quick snack to tide us over till our dinner reservation. We ended up browsing the shop for some time. There were also a variety of tasters to try within the shop which was a really nice addition to our visit. The only downside is that it's quite an expensive shop like health shops often are. Also, a lot of the beauty brands I can get at home and they work out much cheaper there. Still, this can't be helped. - Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were so pleased this shop was open late and offered such a huge selection of healthy snacks for us to choose from. Stomach rumbles averted. (For now!)
