Unfortunately, my experience today was so unprofessional and disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. I went in for a routine cleaning and brought a bill I had recently received to ask for clarification on unexpected charges. The front desk informed me that the office manager was not available but might be able to speak with me before I left. While I was in the chair, she briefly handed me a piece of paper attempting to explain the charges, but I still had questions. After my cleaning, I went to the front desk for further clarification and was sent to the office manager's office. When I asked why I wasn't informed upfront about these charges, she couldn't provide a clear answer. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she accused me of being aggressive and abruptly left to get the doctor. After waiting about five minutes, the doctor entered the room aggressively and told me that while he would waive the charges, my family and I were no longer welcome at the practice. This response was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. This isn't the first billing issue I've had with this office. At my last visit, they charged me for services that were fully covered by my insurance, and I had to go back and forth with them for days to get it corrected. Their administrative side has gone completely downhill, and unfortunately, the practice is suffering because of it. I used to highly recommend this place, but I can no longer do so in good conscience. If you are considering this office, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after years of supporting this practice, I feel it is my duty to warn others about how poorly they now treat their long-time patients. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism here is unacceptable. Stay away.

He's a relatively new dentist. Turns out that's a great thing - combination of embracing new ideas and being extra focused on providing a great experience. Not to mention his way with patients is wise and so well beyond his years. First, it was super easy to make an appointment. The central appointment setting was friendly professional and efficient. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule perfectly. The grading by the staff is warm and personal and most important to me they were on time. I do want to mention Doris the dental assistant. She was completely engaged and went out of her way to make sure my experience was painless, comfortable and pleasant. That says a lot because deep down I really don't like going to the dentist. Though I do go. Dr. Matt took the time to provide a thorough exam and make suggestions for areas to watch. I also got lucky in that he did the cleaning himself today, hygienist was out and me coming back might have been doubtful. I could not have asked for more and frankly I don't expect it to happen again but certainly would be grateful if it does. One important point all of their fees are very attractive. And there were no nickel and dime surcharges or any attempt to upsell. I do recommend their family plan - it just makes sense. Recommend Dr Matt Munro with enthusiasm.

I really don't like to write negative reviews but since your teeth are extremely important, I felt…read moreI needed to share my story. I originally went in for a tooth being in pain. I've had the same night guard for 20 years and it recently got loose so I thought perhaps that was causing the pain. Got fitted for a new night guard. The dental assistant had some attitude, and it seemed she was talking down to her other coworkers. Since I was a new patient, the dentist asked that I transfer over the x-rays I had done at my former dentist. She said her office could help with that. After a few unnecessary calls and mails from her office, they finally were able to obtain my x-rays. Honestly, would have been easier if I had handled this request myself..... The night guard did not help my tooth pain, so I went into the office again. The dentist said I had gum erosion and needed to have my tooth bonded. I've never had a single tooth problem so I had no idea what this meant and should have done my research before agreeing to the procedure. Dentist didn't tell me how to care for myself after the procedure. I'm type A so looked up what I needed to be done for the next 48 hours. After two weeks I still was having pain from the procedure on top of the normal tooth pain I already was having. Was told by the dentist sometimes teeth are just sensitive, and nothing was wrong. I also noticed after my procedure that my new night guard didn't fit anymore. I told the dentist about this, and she said that isn't normal which come to find out it is TOTALLY normal and should have been mentioned to me before I did the procedure. I questioned if doing the bonding for my tooth was really necessary and was blown off and told to come back in a week if I was still in pain. Still was in pain so went back into the office again. Was told I would be meeting with a different dentist this time and they would be taking over my case....... She suggested that I go to an endodontist to see if I would need a root canal. We did a fitting again to correct my new mouth guard. Went to the Endodontist and he said my tooth was fine. Two weeks went by, and I still haven't heard back from the office that my night guard was ready. I called the office and was told they were going to look into in and call me back. The next day I still hadn't gotten a call so I called again. The person I spoke with story wasn't matching and just sounded that they were trying to cover up for the fact that they forgot about my night guard. I finally went in for a second fitting. Guard was still a bit off. By this point I'm over this whole experience and cancelled my next cleaning because I won't be doing business with this place every again.
