None of the Remodeling companies I interviewed even thought of designing a kitchen in the hottest color in designed kitchens, and I had no idea how talented Jack was since he was the only company leading in the hottest trend color coupled with matching cabinets, coordinated wood look tile flooring in the most calming grey tone, I had ever seen. Jack has a uniquite talent, coordinating SS appliances, extra large single bowl SS sinks moving away from double sink kitchens. His style mix of choice solid wood grey cabinets, flooring in soft grey wood look tiles with contrasting Lemongrass walls. Then I met Arron, with perfection in carpentry craftsmanship from years of "over the top experience" in all types of wood. What Arron does with Jack's designs transforms your Remodeling into dream homes. When he built Jack's designer kitchen it sparked an entire home Remodeling idea that carries out their professional style of trending colors throughtout the house. Their integrity I personally found out, is "unmatched" in this line of business. I own and manage property in three states, Remodeling and maintenance is a huge part of keeping your investment protected. In three states I have found few, if any with the combined talents, personality and business skills of these men. I highly recomend this company to you, for Remodeling style and of a quality "you will be hard pressed to beat." They provided a complete kitchen makeover that without doubt turned into a real "dream kitchen" the idea was Jack's, building it is Arron's superior workmanship from years of developing carpentry expertise. I can with all confidence highly recomend them to you.

G&W Painting & Home Improvements absolutely delivered. From the start, their attention to detail stood out. They completely restored our walls to perfection--meticulous skim coating, seamless repairs, and even matching the existing popcorn texture flawlessly so everything blended as if it had always been that way. That alone takes real skill. Once it came time to paint, the quality didn't drop for a second. The baseboards, caulking and shoe molding were finished with precision and ease, and the final result looks crisp, clean, and professionally done in every corner. What impressed me just as much was how they worked--super clean, respectful of the space, and clearly perfectionists. You can tell right away that only experienced, top-level professionals are doing the work. No shortcuts, no careless moments--just consistent, high-quality craftsmanship. I recently noticed a area in my yard was not getting proper watering and went out to look at it so…read more looking at it, I had noticed they poured concrete for the Post to hold the gate and it was up against the sprinkler head, so I was able to remove two chunks that were up against the sprinkler head and then turned the irrigation on and it was not rotating properly so I called them up to take care of it for me ( to clean up the concrete that they poured right next to the sprinkler head and fix it ) So a guy came out, took a look at it took pictures made notes and said he would get back with me. Never heard back from them for 10 days. So I called.them back to find out what was going on, and the secretary would give them a note to call me back The guy that came out that looked at the problem called me back and he said the owner Scott ( which is on the beach Boulevard location) it was out of warranty. What a crock! The stuff was there the day they left ! I had spent a good amount of money with them ( also had them do another project In that time frame ) and yet Scott couldn't fix a problem for me being it was out of warranty when I caught the problem wow! That is poor customer service I work in the trade industry-as well, but not what they do, but I know what I do for a living demands quality and customer service are the most important thing for what I do. Would not recommend them and won't ever do business with them ever again !

Review of Rhino Shield of Jacksonville, FL After seeing…read moreseveral advertisements for Rhino Shield and recognizing our house was last painted in 2014, taking into consideration our remaining life span, the average cost of getting a house painted, and the fact our children will take over the house the 25-Year Warranty on the application of Rhino Shield to our home seemed to make sense. After contacting Rhino Shield the first professional that we dealt with was their 'Coating Specialist' Mrs. Jennifer Ludwick on 9/19/2025. Besides Mrs. Ludwick's professionalism her down-to-earth approach to business was refreshing. First, we talked and then she asked to do a walk-around of the house to inspect and take pictures to which we did not need to participate. When she finished she came in and provided us an informative, educational, and professional presentation on what Rhino Shield is, how it protects the house plus the duration of that protection, an outstanding overview of what the work entails with a maximum of a week to do the project and of course the cost in which given the starting figure can take your breath away but then showed the incentives which in turn made the price reasonable to include an additional discount because of being a Military Veteran. But, like all great deals, we had a choice of accepting the contract on the spot with the final price or taking our time in thinking about the project but keeping in mind the discounts would not be applied. Given our previous research and Mrs. Ludwick's input it was an easy decision to make and we signed the contract. The other outstanding item was that we were still in hurricane season, and we did not want to start the project until that was over and asked if 12/15/2025 would work to which we were advised yes. Furthermore, if the worse case scenario happened, a hurricane with damage and realizing the materials would not be purchased/assembled until about a week before the start date, we had the option to cancel if the worse concern happened - which it did not. Also, Mrs. Ludwick stayed in touch, answered some follow-on questions, and advised us to reach out to her at any time if her assistance/advice were needed. Next, the Production Manager out of Lakeland, FL, Mr. Chris Johnson contacted me by phone, introduced himself, and reviewed the expected timing of the process. A couple of weeks before the start he sent Mr. Ryan Cash to our home to pick up samples of our existing house colors; Mr. Cash was also a professional and friendly and answered some basic questions. A few days later Mr. Johnson reached out and verified he was able to match our colors and that Mr. Cash will be delivering the supplies the Friday before the Monday start date - which he did in a timely fashion. Then, Mr. James Platt, the Team Leader, reached out by email to advise that he and his Team's planned arrival time on 12/15/2025 and if there were any questions to contact him either by email or on his cell phone. The Installation Team consisted of Mr. James Platt/Team Leader, Mr. Jason Cothern/Crew Member, and DeVante Young/Crew Member. As promised, this took place: Day 1: took everything they could off of the house, remove the gravel/dirt that was up against the house (except for the lanai area) back about three inches and down about 4 inches to expose the painted surface just below ground level, and then start taping all the areas that needed to be protected. Day 2: finish the taping, finding all cracks or holes and sealing them, then they applied the primer coating. Day 3: apply both coats of the primary product and paint all the doors and garage door. PLUS - I did not realize how badly the two pieces of black iron on the house needed painting; they went ahead and painted them before putting them back on. The day was finished by the Team putting everything back to its original location (as Mrs. Ludwick said they would do) and Mr. Platt conducted the final walk around of the home. Mr. Platt and his team stayed on task all three days. When they left our house on Monday and Tuesday the work area was clean and their equipment plus items that were taken off the house were neatly and securely accounted for. The willingness of the Team to interact with me/to help educate me was fantastic. They also had a great sense of humor and conducted their work in a relaxed but no-nonsense approach. As to the work skills they demonstrated, they are consummate professionals in every respect. And that is reflected in how our home looks today. It will take 30-days for the application to "cure" and we are looking forward to seeing how the Satin Finnish will turn out because right this minute, the clean/neat appearance of the house is great! Signed: Thomas T & Renee' J. Jones PS - the pictures were taken as the work was being done; if I can get access, will post pictures AFTER the 30-day curing process.
