At the beginning, I truly thought this company was very professional and reliable, especially…read morebecause they always responded to me right away. However, once I listed my house, things started to change. I continued asking questions politely, but the answers I received were vague and not very helpful. The first agent I worked with was always very kind and supportive. I even asked if he could stay as my main contact whenever I had questions, and he kindly agreed. He really did his best. But after signing, they switched me to another agent--something I would have understood if only they had been transparent about it from the start, especially since I had specifically asked. Unfortunately, my experience with the new agent has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor, unprofessional, and often nonexistent. I've sent several messages without receiving any response or respect. I also found serious issues with the marketing. They claimed my property would be listed across more than 30 platforms, but that simply isn't true. Some platforms don't show the listing at all, others aren't updated, and most importantly, my property is not even listed on the MLS, which is a basic and essential tool for visibility. A close friend of mine who is a realtor confirmed these concerns. Overall, I feel deceived and disappointed. I would like my money refunded, and I cannot recommend this company at all.

Imagine having your visitor bathroom with bad odor (sewage, black water odor) most of the time, not possible to use because of the incredible bad smell, not talking about the embarrassment and not inviting visitors to the house because of that matter. Another not acceptable issue since the beginning is the problem with power electricity because of changes in voltages; our electric devices are at risk. Every time the microwave or other device is used all the power goes down. The lights at night are constantly changing intensity. We live on the first floor, the second floor is also rented, and the water of the air conditioner units is liking every day, every hour to the garage and causes that the floor tiles always have black mold/slime (which is dangerous to the health and a falling risk; 2 persons felt already because of that matter- one of them my husband). Also, since months ago my husband has been reporting the development of dark sports at the master room ceiling, those are getting bigger and bigger. These are just some of the requested issues not attended or resolved; there are others. Our experience is bad, and we are not satisfied with the PMI work during the management of this property. We hope this helps others!
