I recently visited this shop trying to find a birthday present for an extremely 'particular' family friend. Even though the store was quite busy, I was delighted to find that the staff were happy to take the time to help me find something suitable, explain the returns policy to me, and answer my many questions, some of which were distinctly awkward.
Once you get through the narrow doorway (which was a bit tricky as I had No. 2 in the buggy at the time), the store is nicely laid out and the stock is neatly displayed in size order which makes it much easier to do the 'smash and grab' type shopping I am forced to do when I've got the kids with me.
I'm holding back the 5th star on this review simply because it is a bit difficult to manouevre round the shop with a buggy, and it must therefore be equally difficult for anyone in a wheelchair, but overall my shopping experience here was pretty good. read more
