The guys said it was just a bad battery, but they here are closed on Sunday's. Sunday was the only day I was be able to get this done because of the cruise. They offered to keep my car on their lot. The receptionist was offering to give me a ride to my friends so that my car could be worked on while I went on the cruise. They made all efforts to make sure I was taken care of and happy. I ended up leaving my car at a friends, but one of the guys came to the shop when it was closed Sunday when I got back from the cruise to order and install my battery. They were honest about what was going on and truly cared about helping me out. I HIGHLY highly recommend them. They are SUCH good people. Guys you are greatly appreciated! If you don't remember me, I had a white Mazda3. Thank you so much, and sorry it took me forever to write my review.

I was told they didn't not accept debit cards and the diagnostic service required a $500.00 CASH PAYMENT, which I paid in full . Two weeks later I was contacted again by S&I Automotive, who demanded an additional $500.00 to further inspect my car . Although I found this suspicious. I paid again in good faith. Due to the lack of clarity and I believe to be poor business practices, I decided to cease and further, and I requested that they STOP all activity on my vehicle. I informed them that I would simply come to retrieve my car. I went to pick up vehicle, I was shocked to be told I needed to pay another $500.00 CASH PAYMENT before they would release my car. This was never discussed or agreed upon before hand. I refuse to make this additional payment, and the situation escalated to this that the police had to be called. Alex the service advisor STRAIGHT LIED IN my face in FRONT OF THE POLICE he stated S&I DOES TAKE PAYMENTS OTHER THAN IN THE FORM CASH PAYMENT ONLY !!!

I asked specifically $2,000 out the door/ good to go? He said yes. Kool with me. Got the car to them, (they took forever) I would drive by and see the car in the lot sitting, then they turn around and it's fixed in a day after me calling? To top it off I came with the money (2,000) and then the guy says it's $2,700. Like what, you quoted me 2,000 and never mentioned any price change within the last 24 hours. I paid the 27 but to me it's the principle of communication/ having honor in your word. All that being said yes the car lasted the first year for the warranty (barely) then went out shortly after. I'll never knock a man for doing his job or discredit him. Just need to clean up on the communication skills. Cause it's like, what if I didn't have the extra bread you trying to charge? I'm just SOL? But good luck if you choose them
