They are customer driven and delivered the service on time. However I was disappointed with the service because of the high fees and final deliverable. When you request a translation service you think you will get an original copy of the translation, right? Wrong!
1) by phone I was told that to translate a marriage license (one page document) would cost about $50 and I ended up paying $97, due to the total number of words.
2) In addition to the $97 I had to pay $30 more to receive the original document (wet signature).
The original is done by someone out of the US which sends the translated document via email in a pdf. A print out of the doc or Certificate of Accuracy letter did not serve the legal purpose required, so I had to pay extra fees to obtain what I needed.
Bottom line, do not assume anything when you hire a translation service. Make sure you clearly explain your needs. Good luck! read more
