Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

These idiots are going to screw my senior daughter out of her yearbook this year but not deliver on…read morewhat we paid for. Get back to work and print this year's yearbooks for the students. Or never come back to our campuses. You have a responsibility to deliver on what you promised.

Based on my friends experience in Nipomo, Ca., I would rather buy a ring from a bubble gum machine…read morethan purchase it from here. Apparently, they wouldn't honor their cap and gown promotion with the purchase of a class ring. Because the golden ticket was lost. Customer service said they'd honor the receipt. I'm sure the rep is a really nice guy. Maybe he has a brain injury of some sorts - because his response is so moronic and ignorant that I almost feel bad for him. How'd he make it this far in life? Why would a company allow him to make complicated and strategic decisions and provide customer support all by himself? Can he even tie his shoes? And if he's not had some kind of brain injury that would explain it- maybe he's just cold blooded and heartless. The rep refused to honor the promotion stating they had to have the original golden ticket, (that I'm sure can easily be forged), and that a paid receipt, is not proof of purchase. :-/ Customer service rep basically said it's up to the rep and there's nothing she can do. Well then. This company has had a fair chance to make this right, and instead decided to make up an idiotic rule to swindle its customer. Since when is a receipt not proof of purchase? It's unfortunate that schools have partnered with someone who thinks nothing of taking advantage of a student and her family. Proof of purchase per the actual receipt showing an exchange of monies should be satisfactory. It actually should be all they need to honor that promotion in which they would have been entitled to anyway. Especially, since they already bought and paid for the expensive class ring. Since your customer service rep and the field rep are unwilling to fairly resolve this matter, I'm curious to know what the FTC, the School Board, the Attorney General, the BBB, the Rip Off Report, Facebook, Twitter, the Clark Howard Show, and their respective audiences, what their strong opinions are on this unscrupulous business practice, Perhaps, we should ask them what they think and what they think should be done. Schools and Buyers beware.
