Attention - this place is Under New Management as of Jan 2023. I ordered a backlit Tradeshow display (10' x 7.5') and a backlit Table Counter. Assuming I got everything and headed out to Vegas to get set up. The banner fabric did not wrap around the frame as it was suppose to, leaving the sides exposed and the LED lights that were placed behind it. I was sold a table counter as well, that was suppose to be lit, but it didnt come with LED lights when I unpacked the counter. To me, customer service is important to me, and I hope it is to you. I have contacted the new owner, Meni, MANY times during and after the tradeshow and only got a few responses that he is "working on it". After several emails going unanswered and a few weeks later... I decided to write this and going to take my business elsewhere. Basically I paid almost $3750 (includes tax) for something I can't use again because its incomplete. Guess how much the Table Counter cost in the invoice, $585 dollars. That is $585 dollars for two pieces of plywood, a plastic popup frame and fabric that went around it. No LED backlits. Yeah, got ripped off of $585. If you're looking for customer service, honestly, you're taking a risk with this new management. skip it this location. I've been doing business with FastSigns for decades and since they are independently owned, each place is ran different. This is probably the worst you can get. My advice, if you like FastSigns, just go down the road to Sherman Oaks or Studio City, they seem to answer me quickly on simple questions. As I am writing this - the owner still uses a gmail account and not a "Fastsigns" email. That tells you something. Watch, I'll probably get an email from him once I post this to take this down and he'll fix the issue. Sorry pal, I also pay for customer service, and you don't provide it. read more

I've worked with a lot of printers, as well as several SoCal Fastsigns, but 123, Sherman oaks is the best. They are gracious in filling in gaps in my knowledge of colorways and printing - taking time to answer all questions by phone or e-mail. The team is experienced and has been working at this location for a while. I've worked with Ron and Jose - both great. So nice to call and have employees back each other up rather than pass the buck. read more

I hired Fast Signs to make a few real estate signs for our company. The signs came out great and the owner even gave me a compliment on the graphics. However, on the riders (agent name sign smaller than real estate sign) I realized I spelled one of the agent's names wrong! D'oh. They quickly fixed it and didn't even charge me for my own mistake. Not only were they able to get the banner that I needed out to me the next day, but every step of the way Neil was incredibly dedicated to providing nothing, but fantastic service and assistance. He was able to make changes that I needed after reviewing a few proofs and even helped me a bit after hours. He even was headed out to my direction to see a show with his family and so he did me the courtesy of dropping off the banner directly! We brought our company trucks to have our company logo applied. The decals had a very nice laminate that really brings out the color of the decals and they laid them out very nicely. Not so fast signs!!! The worst. I'm in the process of opening a salon on the Blvd. today was my third time coming to this location for the same sign project. The first time I went in they said someone would call me back. Never received a call. Second time I went in and spoke with the owner. We discussed my project. Went over photos. He sent someone to take measurements of my building. I thought we were headed in the right direction. Two weeks later, still no call. Today I go in, the first guy I spoke with was there. I said I remember you, you're the guy who was supposed to get back to me the first time. He blamed the owner for never calling me back. I asked so what's going on with my project? I saw someone there taking measurements. Why hasn't anyone called me yet? He had no idea. No answers. Was totally dumbfounded. Three times of stupidity forces me to take my business elsewhere. read more

Everything is good as long as you don't disturb him. I wanted to find out if I could push the deadline on the signage because we had investors coming into the building the next Monday. I called to find out the schedule of completion and he responded rudely and it was very much out of order and I couldn't get it early. Okay, so I went to pick up the finished product and the last line was crooked and it was a different font. In addition, the acrylic had a large scratch on it. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been working with this company for 3 years, putting up with their terrible turn around times and skyhigh prices because I wanted to keep supporting a local business. On average it would take at least 3 weeks for them to turn around a simple wall sign and it was often incorrect when I would receive it. Finally I had enough of it and called them up after they failed to meet a deadline I had requested. I was told that the business I was giving them was basically an inconvenience to them, that my projects were too small and they would get to them when they could. When I told them that I should consider taking my business elsewhere, they encouraged me to do so. If you are looking for a company that takes forever to do simple tasks and that doesn't appreciate your business, this is the place for you. They are truly amazing! We had a large event and we just kept throwing "last minute" banners and signs at them and they came through at every turn. We even sent artwork over and the product was ready within a couple of hours! In some cases we were able to provide them wit great artwork and in others not so good but the end results of everything they did for us was quality with a capital "Q".
