Attention - this place is Under New Management as of Jan 2023. I ordered a backlit Tradeshow display (10' x 7.5') and a backlit Table Counter. Assuming I got everything and headed out to Vegas to get set up. The banner fabric did not wrap around the frame as it was suppose to, leaving the sides exposed and the LED lights that were placed behind it. I was sold a table counter as well, that was suppose to be lit, but it didnt come with LED lights when I unpacked the counter. To me, customer service is important to me, and I hope it is to you. I have contacted the new owner, Meni, MANY times during and after the tradeshow and only got a few responses that he is "working on it". After several emails going unanswered and a few weeks later... I decided to write this and going to take my business elsewhere. Basically I paid almost $3750 (includes tax) for something I can't use again because its incomplete. Guess how much the Table Counter cost in the invoice, $585 dollars. That is $585 dollars for two pieces of plywood, a plastic popup frame and fabric that went around it. No LED backlits. Yeah, got ripped off of $585. If you're looking for customer service, honestly, you're taking a risk with this new management. skip it this location. I've been doing business with FastSigns for decades and since they are independently owned, each place is ran different. This is probably the worst you can get. My advice, if you like FastSigns, just go down the road to Sherman Oaks or Studio City, they seem to answer me quickly on simple questions. As I am writing this - the owner still uses a gmail account and not a "Fastsigns" email. That tells you something. Watch, I'll probably get an email from him once I post this to take this down and he'll fix the issue. Sorry pal, I also pay for customer service, and you don't provide it. read more

I've worked with a lot of printers, as well as several SoCal Fastsigns, but 123, Sherman oaks is the best. They are gracious in filling in gaps in my knowledge of colorways and printing - taking time to answer all questions by phone or e-mail. The team is experienced and has been working at this location for a while. I've worked with Ron and Jose - both great. So nice to call and have employees back each other up rather than pass the buck. read more

Fastsigns - Graphic Design Near Me - Tarzana, California

I hired Fast Signs to make a few real estate signs for our company. The signs came out great and the owner even gave me a compliment on the graphics. However, on the riders (agent name sign smaller than real estate sign) I realized I spelled one of the agent's names wrong! D'oh. They quickly fixed it and didn't even charge me for my own mistake. Great business, and great products. I will continue to use Fast Signs for our business. read more

I used Fast Signs in Tarzana for a work project. I needed a large, acrylic version of our logo made. Excellent quality execution of our design and reasonable price. The staff were very nice to work with. I would definitely use them again. read more

Fastsigns - The great work of Fast Signs in Tarzana-we love it! - Graphic Design Near Me - Tarzana, California

Fast Signs is a superb company! Not only were they able to get the banner that I needed out to me the next day, but every step of the way Neil was incredibly dedicated to providing nothing, but fantastic service and assistance. He was able to make changes that I needed after reviewing a few proofs and even helped me a bit after hours. He even was headed out to my direction to see a show with his family and so he did me the courtesy of dropping off the banner directly! I will definitely be using these guys again for any of my signage needs and encourage anyone else in the relative area to do the same! Bravo! read more

We brought our company trucks to have our company logo applied. The decals had a very nice laminate that really brings out the color of the decals and they laid them out very nicely. Total turn around time one day for artwork, one day to print and install was two days later. Very pleased. We will definitely refer them in the future Thank you Fast Signs. read more

Not so fast signs!!! The worst. I'm in the process of opening a salon on the Blvd. today was my third time coming to this location for the same sign project. The first time I went in they said someone would call me back. Never received a call. Second time I went in and spoke with the owner. We discussed my project. Went over photos. He sent someone to take measurements of my building. I thought we were headed in the right direction. Two weeks later, still no call. Today I go in, the first guy I spoke with was there. I said I remember you, you're the guy who was supposed to get back to me the first time. He blamed the owner for never calling me back. I asked so what's going on with my project? I saw someone there taking measurements. Why hasn't anyone called me yet? He had no idea. No answers. Was totally dumbfounded. Three times of stupidity forces me to take my business elsewhere. read more

They did a fantastic job on a st. Patrick's day sign I needed to pick up. Nice people, good work, and it was done very quickly. Good place to come if you need such services! read more

Everything is good as long as you don't disturb him. I wanted to find out if I could push the deadline on the signage because we had investors coming into the building the next Monday. I called to find out the schedule of completion and he responded rudely and it was very much out of order and I couldn't get it early. Okay, so I went to pick up the finished product and the last line was crooked and it was a different font. In addition, the acrylic had a large scratch on it. I'll never use him again because guess what? There are many other signage vendors that don't yell and will get your work done right. read more

OK, I have needed signs, banners, posters and needed them quickly. These guys are amazing. They seem to make magic happen. We need, they deliver. We won't use anyone else but Fast Signs Tarzana. Neil was amazing and helped us in a pinch including same day delivery. Awesome job Neil!

Our townhouse complex had address signs made 50 years ago and they sure looked old, dirty, and outdated. I brought in one to replace but after seeing how nice a new modern version would look, I decided to have all 13 replaced. Turn-around was so quick and the signs look fantastic! Homeowners have even noticed them and are appreciative that our complex is staying up to date! Thank you Fast Signs for your ideas, expertise, and professionalism with this big task for us. It turned out to be so quick and easy with your assistance!! read more

Cannot say enough about this family run business in Woodland hills. When i needed a sign built for my restaurant i called a few places, but it was Neal who was the catalyst for our current business relationship. He furnished all my new signs and the finished products exceeded my expectations. For me price is one thing, but having a great working relationship with honest hardworking people is more important.Fast signs in Tarzana is a company made up of reliability and professionalism wrapped up in decent people willing to go the extra mile to keep their clients happy. You wont be disappointed - i promise. read more

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been working with this company for 3 years, putting up with their terrible turn around times and skyhigh prices because I wanted to keep supporting a local business. On average it would take at least 3 weeks for them to turn around a simple wall sign and it was often incorrect when I would receive it. Finally I had enough of it and called them up after they failed to meet a deadline I had requested. I was told that the business I was giving them was basically an inconvenience to them, that my projects were too small and they would get to them when they could. When I told them that I should consider taking my business elsewhere, they encouraged me to do so. If you are looking for a company that takes forever to do simple tasks and that doesn't appreciate your business, this is the place for you. This business model is perfect for any that is looking to no longer be in business. read more

FASTSIGNS in Tarzana is absolutely fantastic. FASTSIGNS is the correct name, because they are FAST and the quality of their work/products are excellent. The West Valley Family YMCA is proud to use FASTSIGNS for all of our project needs. We use them for all of our banners, campaign signage, 5k/10k Race signage, child care signage and so much more. The list of how many projects they have produced for us the past two years would not fit here. They are so helpful and super fast. I love working with FASTSIGNS! Neal at FASTSIGNS is great! He is so easy to work with. I don't know much about design. Every time I send Neal one of my amateur projects or designs, he is able to set them up for me and get them printed fast. He makes me look like a rock star and he always recommends the best material at the best price. I never feel like he is taking advantage of us. As a non-profit, this is important to me, because we want to be fiscally responsible for our community. FASTSIGNS is fair, fast and friendly. I do not use anyone else for my signage needs. They are truly amazing! We had a large event and we just kept throwing "last minute" banners and signs at them and they came through at every turn. We even sent artwork over and the product was ready within a couple of hours! In some cases we were able to provide them wit great artwork and in others not so good but the end results of everything they did for us was quality with a capital "Q". I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work. read more
