This was a very bad experience with customer service at the front desk once I had feedback. Do not…read morerecommend. Bad card stock, edges looked like a very poor cutting tool was used. And edges were bent. the woman at the front didn't focus on my issues and became defensive towards the fact that I was less than pleased with the product. Even if a client is upset about something, you should try to right it. Not argue with the client, instead focus on how you can do better. As a business, you will from time to time have feedback and hear that the product is just not up to par. They don't provide proofs except upon request (which was not communicated until after the job was done) so there's no way to know what you'll get until it's done. proofs aren't just for client to review before print begins, it's to protect your company do you don't lose money through printed product not purchased. Always request a proof if you're working with this company. But the cutting job was not good either.
