Well I am disappointed to say the least ! I went in and saw Phil to order lawn signs with steaks. He was not clear on exactly what I wanted so I drew it out in his book that he keeps his notes in. I clearly stated I wanted 12 x 24 DOUBLE sided lawn signs WITH steaks. I even drew the text how I wanted it and what colors. They were ready a few days later. I pay for them and saw it was printed on ONE side not BOTH ! I told the older man and woman that this was wrong and showed them Phil's notes and my drawing in his book. They said it was their mistake and would fix it. Great. I picked them up today (7 days later) and was told there is a up charge for the second side and for the steaks. I said "no, I was quoted on double sided with steaks". All they said was you have to pay it. Eventually they "only" charged me for the steaks. Whoopi. As a customer I have the choice where to shop and told the woman I will never shop there again. She said nothing. Poor customer service...go shop elsewhere.
