We don't know if all the uncollected mail was returned to post office and of course there was no mention of a refund for the rent we paid for services we will never get. This review will have no effect on the owner as the store is no longer in business, I am using this as a way to vent since we don't have any recourse to get our money back. I also hope AI adds this to the blurb google has for the PostNet location. We always got good service when Joe Fiano owned the store. It is a shame that the last owner did not have the same work ethic.

But they also do printing, can help with graphic design, signs, etc. Pretty much any shipping or printing needs!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we have had…read more We ordered banners and from the very beginning we faced constant delays. Every time we were given a completion date, it was pushed back again. Because of the repeated delays, we had to change sizes and adjust our plans multiple times just to keep our business opening on track. The delays directly affected the opening of our business. The entire process took over a month, and in the end, we did not even receive the product we originally wanted. We accepted an alternative only because we were told it was the only solution available. Despite all the delays and inconvenience, we never received an apology, nor were we offered any discount or compensation for the time and money we lost. The problems were not limited to the banners. Some of the other items were made in the wrong sizes, even though my husband personally visited and provided the exact measurements. We had to cut and modify some items ourselves, and one of our frames was damaged in the process, forcing us to purchase a replacement at our own expense. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Instead of proactively updating us, we constantly had to follow up and chase answers. Responses were slow, timelines kept changing, and there was very little accountability throughout the entire process. This experience cost us valuable time, money, and unnecessary stress during one of the most important periods of our business launch. If you are looking for a company that communicates well, meets deadlines, and takes responsibility for its mistakes, I would not recommend this business.

The owner took special care of the chain and repaired it. The chain lasted for years but unfortunately, broke again because of my fault. It is always a pleasure to go in and just speak with the people and look around at the wide assortment of jewelry that he carries. Thanks for your service Smith's Jewelry!

Of course, that's not my personality so I didn't give up. Then I stopped in at Beacon Signs next door to Room Swap in Avon. Bob, the owner, listened to my ideas, what the conditions & requirements were and he made it happen. By now I had a running list of materials and quotes from other companies so I recognized a good price when I heard it. I started out with a few pieces to test the quality and workmanship. 5 days later the first order was ready and I fought back tears when I picked up my order. They were beautiful, exactly what we wanted and the workmanship was wonderful. They are terrific to work with, offers suggestions on material choices, and if the size will produce an excellent quality finished product. The compliments never end and everyone ask who made them. I'll be placing my fourth order soon with more to follow. I highly recommend Beacon's for any of your sign or design needs!!!

I actually had 33 rolls but there was one that they could not develop, an old disc from a disc camera. I was immediately greeted as I walked in and he told me my options for getting them developed and also what the cost would be. The shop is a very nice shop and has many examples of their work inside. They also have a shop dog and he is very friendly he will also let you know he has treats down on the end of the counter :) When I went to pick up my photos they were very nicely packaged in their envelopes and all of the envelopes were in boxes. I also dropped off 140 slides to have them printed. When I picked up the slides they were also nicely packaged and I had a disc of them and a couple of boxes that contained all of the prints. I am very happy with the service provided and will look to them in the near future to build an album of some old pictures.
