I would like to take a moment and give props to a company and individuals who I can say are AMAZING in what they do. FASTSIGNS (Chandler) I contacted them for a project that I had (wrapping my food trailer) I was helped by Hali. Let me tell you the BEST in customer service. I had taken my unit to 2 different locations prior to FASTSIGNS. These other locations did not care about my ideas or my logo that I had. They both wanted to change what I had because it was to small of a logo and they did not want to deal with it. Not only that, but pricing was 2 to 3 times more expensive than what I spent at FASTSIGNS. Hali took the time to listen to my ideas and she ran with it. Never once did I hear it cannot be done. Nor did she sway me from my ideas, instead she built on them and she came up with something that I loved. Not to busy, not to little, JUST RIGHT. She worked closely with her designer Kelly and they both did an amazing job. Kelly took a very small logo which was smaller than an inch and worked it, transposed it, to a file that she could work with and cleaned it up. She added and removed things I did not want and made it so sharp that it looks amazing on my unit. I was shocked how clean it was not only the main logo, but another one that was on my back door of my unit. AMAZING! Then I met Michael the installer. This young man was also so professional and friendly and caring about my project that he made sure to go over each and every detail prior to installing. Even when it was time for pick up all 3 were there to greet me, to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I can tell you 1000% satisfied. These 3 individuals went up and beyond. I am so pleased and I felt it was important to pass on this knowledge because I experienced 2 other companies that did not listen, they both told me it could not be done and they were charging me through the roof and had the worst in customer service. Thank you Hali, she was given a task and she did it with a smile and patience and with me she needed it. She put me 1st, the customer and she got it done. The best in customer service that I have come across in a long while. Kelly, AMAZING work! Thank you for doing what I thought was the impossible. Michael you're the man, AMAZING work, clean, sharp and very professional. Thank you to FASTSIGNS you made me a customer for life, others need to give you a chance because you deserve it in a huge way! Thank you again. Chef Bill read more

Communication was great. I felt comfortable asking questions and making changes. This team was very easygoing and great to work with. Emails were answered in a timely fashion. The final product was signage on our new office building and on the door. Both products came out beautiful and perfect. I have zero complaints, and we are so happy with the work provided. If anyone ever needs signage, this is 100% whom I trust and would refer in a heartbeat. Thank you, Christian and Hali. read more

I can highly recommend the team at Fastsigns Chandler. They are communicative, helpful, accurate and go above and beyond to get the job done on time and to you, making it easy on you. The pricing was inline and we got precisely what we asked for. Trevor was very helpful, and again went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed by our own short deadline. read more

We had a short order Picture enlargement for a funeral. They did a beautiful job in lass than 24 hours and when I went to pick it up they said it was no charge because of the funeral. There are good companies in this world and Fast Signs is one of them. Will use them for everything from now on. Very grateful. read more

This place was sold and Amy is no longer there. My new account person, Amber, is not as friendly nor care for customer retention. I made a reorder. Amy included 1 free 1.2" x 2.7" sticker with a larger order. This time I asked Amber at order and also at payment if the price is same. She said it was. It came out to $9 for the sticker! Crazy over priced. She didn't want to adjust the price quoted and wanted to push the waiver to the owner by saying "well we don't print for free". Yes, you don't print for free, but you should honor what you say. Poor business ethics. I'm moving on. read more

I started up a hotdog cart back in February and went to see Amber at Fast Signs.. I can honestly say I am more then pleased. They got me my cards.. stickers for my business done quickly and professionally. Just had them do a cart wrap and had installed in less then 2 days just intime for the weekend business. Not only does it look great but was a heck of a lot less money then any other quotes I had gotten. The team at FastSigns Chandler is excellent. Particularly Ryan! For over 3 years I have worked with Ryan to create my client materials for their annual trade show in Arizona and not once has he let us down. He exceeds all expectations each time. We have operated under short turn-around times and he's helped to come up with solutions to solve our often unreasonable deadline dates. I will continue to work with the Chandler team for any possible project that may arise that they can help with because I know we can depend on them. Thank you Ryan very much for your ongoing help and never fail can-do attitude. You and your team are truly appreciated! read more
