However, the workmanship of design was elementary at best. After going back and forth with him for weeks trying to get him to share pricing, he only supplied ideas of what the designs might actually cost. This was unprofessional but, we support small businesses and I overlooked his inability to provide a pricing list. This was my mistake. After finally committing to working with him, not knowing what the cost would be I anxiously waited on a design from him for 3 weeks. When I received the mock-up, I could not believe it. It looked like a cartoon. The colors were not blended. The logo colors were not correct. The logos were just slapped in random places on the vehicle. It was laughable. I could have made this design in 15 minutes myself. It was clear to me that there was next to no effort put into this. To top it all off, I received a bill from him for this garbage work for $325. I shared my concern with him and encouraged him to do the right thing. He said, I am sorry you feel that way. Buyer beware.

If I am hiring someone to clean my home, I expect it to be CLEAN. I swiffer/mop, vacuum, windex and clean countertops daily.That's not what I hire someone to do. I hired someone to CLEAN the things I don't have the time for like showers, floors, etc. This company "cleaned" my house but didn't actually clean at all. They opened all of my blinds and maybe vacuumed parts of the floor to make it look clean. They DID NOT actually clean. They moved all my stuff around and I had to search for things that were misplaced. I wish I still had the photos from the last time they "cleaned" my house but I am sharing what I do have. I'm sure these employees have the best intentions but I rate their cleaning abilities a 0 out of 10. I can push dirt around for free.

If I couldn't afford it, I would have seen if maybe every other week would work, etc. Instead, I just got shamed and dropped with about 5 minutes notice prior to a visit. For this reason, I would not recommend Vivi to disabled people or those who are worried about a cleaner judging them. She will judge you, and might fire you for not being clean enough.

Its a shame that the owner is myopic, indolent, and irresponsible.

My expectations are average- my end product surpasses that and my job gets done per the deadline. Win for all. Jason, their installer knows TVs inside and out and is a perfectionist when it comes to installations. He actually used a carpenter's level to insure my TV was perfectly angled and positioned. He performed all of the basic set up and then some. Tell him your viewing preferences and he adjusts the set to those before he departs. I requested that my new LG G5 be set for accurate streaming and cinema and he obliged. It felt good doing business with a civilized locally owned store. (Incidentally, I paid the full retail sale price.)
