Horrible awful experience with this company the entire time and it only gets worse and worse…read more If you want to feel that your items are secure and safe and want to actually have them picked up when you schedule them pay the extra money for PODS or some other company. Zippy shell/1800 pack rat skipped my picked up date and didn't inform me and I found out days later. When I did call to reschedule they made me wait an entire extra week to pick up my shell and then it is taking them several days longer than the original estimate to get it to my destination. I've paid almost $4000 for this shell and they will only compensate me $300 for their HUGE mistake. Also when they did pick it up, I was told I would be called before and I even schedule a call with a manager for after the pick up to confirm it. Neither happened and I had to confirm with my neighbor that he did not see the shell still out in my driveway. I moved half way across the country and trusted them to take care of me and my items and this is has been awful. They do not care at all about the fact that they skipped me and didn't tell me and did nothing to expedite the shipping. I will be without my stuff for 3 weeks and have work and school to do. This has been the most horrible stressful experience. I hate this company and do not recommend at all. Good luck
