FastNet has changed the terms of original agreement. The service was unlimited, you could install it yourself and was only $59.00 / month. Now they have raised the basic price to $79.00/ month and added another tier for $99.00/month, with a mandatory installation setup cost of $99.00. The whole reason why most nomads added the service was because it was affordable! But now greed has infiltrated this company as well. So now most nomads visiting this area prefer to go with Starlink. As a result of their greed, FastNet has lost hundreds of customers and will continue lose more. The power of the purse will win out! FastNet is a dead company walking ! read more

Horrible excuse for reliable internet service. Virtually non existent support that is only available IF and WHEN they are open. They have no control over the service as it's purchased out of California. I wouldn't bother with this service even if it for FREE. No thanks. read more

My experience has been that the service is unreliable. I did the setup myself and was easy. It worked great for two weeks starting in mid October. Then it was out for an entire weekend. I called twice to get some help over the weekend but they do not answer the phone until Monday morning at 9:30. I visited their office finally to get some assistance. Since then it has been spotty. I have left messages over a period of a few days and no one called me back as of yet. Bottom line is there appears to be no reason to call them for help if it's outside of their office hours which is usually when it goes down. Caveat Emptor. Patrick read more
