Apparently the owner NEVER ordered our window or shower door. Finally, one month later, on October 23, my credit card was charged over $600 for the "down payment" of the glass. The company then took their very sweet time, never giving me an update, and finally installed the shower door today, November 12. The door is cheap-looking, and definitely doesn't fit the price. The owner's daughter called me today to collect the other half of the payment. I had missed her call, and so called her back. Surprise, surprise! She actually answered the phone, for once! Why? Because she collected a payment. I will NEVER use this unreliable and overpriced company again. Just because they are located in Blythe, does not give them the right to provide bad service.

What concerns me most: No warranty was provided for the work. No itemized invoice was given, despite multiple requests. I specifically asked for an itemized invoice for tax purposes and never received one. For this price point, I expected transparency, documentation, and some type of workmanship guarantee. Richard, did the inside design and mounting, is as meticulous as I am, and everyone knows my OCD. We have 4-170 watt panels mounted on ®SolaRVector electric tilt modules which are remote controlled. The panels feed a Magnum PT-100 MPPT Charge Controller, the controller leaves room for future panel expansion. The charge controller feeds solar power to 3-150ah LiFeBlue Lithium batteries which in turn feeds a Magnum MSH 3012 hybrid inverter. I chose the hybrid to supplement 15watt shore power when parked in friends driveways. We monitor and control the system with the Magnum ME-ARC remote control and ME-BMK-NS battery monitoring kit. The final touch is a automatic generator start control. The Magnum ME-AGS-N will start the generator when the battery state of charge drops below 20% charge, and when the temperature inside the RV raises above 90 degrees. We have operated the system five weeks since installation. The system has been flawless.
