I booked an appointment online and got a text and an email reminder, which I appreciate. Parking is right across the street, just $3.50 for an hour. The business is located within a sweet co-working space that is super clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate. I checked in at the main desk on Floor 2 and the front desk lady phoned Jasmine, who arrived right on time! We went up one flight to her office and she quickly and expertly got my prints done! So friendly. Paid by credit card. Good value. Whole thing took about 20 minutes! Highly recommend!!! Oh, and there is an ice cream parlor one block away, in case you need to refuel with ice cream as I did!

Thank goodness I found this place! Easy to get to on Jefferson Blvd. There's even plenty of free parking in the back. Located inside the Historic Ice House, enter from the main entrance in front, this business is easy to find up on the second floor. Once you've entered Tri-State Fingerprinting push button for assistance. You'll find it in the doorway to your right. Brenda came to my aid and my what a wonderful person she is. I felt so at ease right away. She's very busy but let's you know she'll be right with you. I always feel better knowing when someone has at least acknowledged your presence even if they can't help you right away. After a short while, we talked about needing fingerprints. The best part, no appointment needed!!! Whew! We got through filling out all the proper paperwork. Please try to make sure you have your BCI or FBI code. You'll need that and where the fingerprinting results should go to. Fingerprinting was a big tricky. You have to show your prints just right. So be patient as you go through this process. Brenda is very kind as she helps make sure it's done properly and no hassles from the government sending them back because they weren't able to read them. I appreciate her thoroughness. The whole experience was really great. And they even were so kind as to offer treats on the way out. I felt so happy I had an opportunity to do business with this company! And as a side note they do more than just fingerprinting services. They also over private investigations. Very helpful to know! I hope you'll enjoy coming here as much as I have. She went to my mom in a rehab center so she is taking advantage of elderly. I was paying for it and during the phone call, she increased again to $70 vs $65. Then, she had the nerve to ask for a tip for doing her job. Very classless. I would not use this place.
