At least he was a gentleman, as much stress and anxiety he has caused us. His broker, however, Wade Brewer, is a toxic person. The only dealings I had with this individual were negative. It became apparent to me why we had such a poor experience with Ryan, and it's simply because Wade the broker is a spiteful, petty man. There are many great realtors and brokerages out there. Protect yourself and do not work with these people.
