Never happened. ! I called several days later to be told my salesperson is busy and would like to leave voicemail. I said I would not ! My previous voice mail was not returned. I needed to talk to her . She returned my call several hours later. I ask her about my faucet set and if it had come in ? She had forgotten all about it . Once she had my money she could care less . She had to call the business in Texas to check on it . She returned my call to tell me that it was still sitting on their que what ever that was and it would take several days to be processed and sent out .
