I handed her the set of keys, and she was kind enough to color code them for me with little stickers so I didn't have to guess which one was what. I came back a few days later for another item and once again received excellent assistance from Kim. On all my visits, the staff has always been helpful and friendly. Kim goes above and beyond and deserves a little extra shout out. I also love that Mary's is dog friendly. They have complimentary treats and a water bowl for your furry friend.

Three installers, including the service manager came out and said the threshold was bad and had to order a new door. (part of the frame). I have called all 3 installers and not one of them has called back. I have tried to call the Lowes store over a dozen times and have yet to talk to any one in that department.
