Ace Hardware in Tupelo, absolutely earns every bit of its "helpful" slogan. I've never walked…read morethrough the front door and not had someone immediately greet me, and ask if they could help. Not only that, but each and every time, they know precisely where the item is, and take you to it personally (in my experience). And I mean from every day items like mower parts or hammers, to obscure items like landscape fabric staples. Pricing is on par with Home Depot and Lowe's, although sometimes slightly more (the service more than makes up for the negligible difference). They also have a free rewards program, along with military discount. They do full-service lawn mower maintenance and repair here, regardless if it's one (1) of the brands they carry or not. And further, they offer both OEM and more budget friendly alternative brands for your mower and small engine repair parts. I can't say enough positive about the store/location. Last, but certainly not least, the gentleman that helped me today was Stephen; and like every other person at Ace, he was outstanding!

It would take me all day to tell how my experience went with them but it was awful. In the end, my iPhone 6 Plus screen didn't work and they ruined my home touch button. They refunded me my money because they admitted to ruining my phone. But even with a refund my iPhone was junk! I ended up having to buy a brand new iPhone and selling mine for scrap. Also any review on here that is good was only wrote because they offer employees a discount or $10 gift card for writing a review. My advice is to stay far away from this place but if you do go here ONLY let Danny the manager work on your phone. He is the only person that knows what to do. The other workers can and will ruin your phone and you will have to sign a contract before hand that has been copied so many times that you can't even read it. So if they ruin your phone they are not responsible.
