This is a small "mom & pop" auto body shop…read more Mike and his crew are excellent! I thought the days of auto body work that came in less than your $1,000 insurance deductible were over -- but not here. We had a few spots of accident damage to fix from our teenage driver. Mike fixed it all, and touched up some parking lot scratches, while saving us money on our deductible. The work was done at a great price, with no surprises at the end. The turn-around was quick--less than 3 days--and ready when promised. The quality of the work was great. The car looks like new! I highly recommend you pass up the big corporate body shops and bring your car here.

The other driver expressed that he would prefer to settle without involving insurance. He said he had a friend who knew Mike and asked if we would mind taking it to them for the estimate. I saw all the glowing reviews and agreed. As soon as I pulled in and was greeted I knew this place was the real deal. I could feel in my gut that I was in the presence of integrous, high quality individuals. I explained what happened and said I wanted the damage repaired but also didn't want the other person to get screwed. Mike gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and promised a great result. The other driver came right over and paid, and they were able to get us an appointment right away. Only took two days and my car looks brand new. It's like magic! You cannot even tell it ever happened and without replacing the whole bumper. WOW!! My prayers were answered. Everyone, including the other driver, felt really great about the outcome. Sometimes accidents happen. When we're really truly blessed we get lucky enough to find a place like this where stellar, incredibly talented, wonderful human beings take excellent care of people. I'm planning to tell everyone about our experience here so they can be as blessed as I've been, the next time an accident happens to them too!!

Friends of mine tried to push it back into position but it didn't cooperate. So I had to find an auto repair shop in this day of shortages of everything. The first six shops told me that, because of their backup of cars waiting parts, they weren't taking on new customers. At first I tried to keep my options to large shops which I thought would give me a fighting chance but that didn't happen. I tried Primo! Auto Collision on a guess and was pleasantly surprised to talk to its owner who was confident he could get the parts for me. Within a week he had gotten a new bumper but when it came in it was dented. Since many bumpers are plastic today he didn't want to try to smooth it out since it would already have stress built into it and would last like that just a short time. We waited six weeks but it was worth it. My car bows looks as new as when I first bought it! The paint was meticulously matched, everything on the body near the bumper had its paint blended and smoothed to be continuous and where anything needed sanding or touching it was accomplished professionally. I highly recommend this business!
