Had an integrated 4 x 4 wheel hub vacuum issue on on four driver side. It started with a high pitch when I got it back. It started with a massive grinding, and it did not quit. I was left without 4 x 4 for a half a year and they use zip ties to disengage it and keep it out-of-the-way instead of having the problem fixed the whole month they had it (x''s 4 months) The effort seems there by the front office, but I gave my truck to them for a month 4 different times, (having it 4 to 5 weeks time) and they still couldn't fix what I relayed what the ford shop told me to take care of. They sold me something I didn't need, when I told him that wasn't the problem that Ford was telling me to take care of, every time I got it back the issue was never fixed. The frustration of these guys having my vehicle for a months time and still not fixing a vacuum leak on one side of my four-wheel-drive integrated hub is extremely aggravating. They violated my breathalyzer costing me over $200 with multiple trips driving mechanics around managers around without a fillup. I turn my vehicle in clean with the promised it being out of the elements and I get it back like the Sahara sands on vehicle and they offer me a card to the car wash down the street... unreal, that should've been taken care of by them. The district Superman that came in with the Cape basically slapped me in the face and told me I can take care of all the other expenses since he's not giving me a bill.
