I am compelled to express my disappointment with the service I received from Fast Tires in Morristown. Despite my frequent visits, I experienced three worn-out front tires in less than a year and was charged nearly $1000 for front-end work, yet I was not provided with a receipt or documentation of the work performed. Furthermore, upon taking my vehicle to Yankee Bee Line, it was discovered that the issues were due to a misaligned vehicle and a bent cam bolt, which were not previously identified. I subsequently purchased four new tires from Discount Tires in Kingsport, but one tire has already shown significant wear after only three weeks. I was informed that the original shop would not take any corrective action without a receipt or the faulty parts. This situation highlights the importance of thorough documentation and physical inspection of parts, rather than relying solely on computer diagnostics. On multiple occasions, I inquired about the status of my vehicle and was assured that everything was in order, only to experience additional issues four months later. It is concerning that the 90-day warranty was not honored, and the limited lifetime warranty offered by Autozone for certain parts was also disregarded.
