He was polite in the first email explaining how they did indeed have the brand of hoodie, shirts and hats i wanted. And then very difficult to get a hold of after that. I called twice and both times he was out to lunch. (Possibly the owner) regardless. Greg never returned my phone calls. And then when I reached out to explain how the lack of communication made me feel like was put on the back burner. He replied with the email I attached. I guess I wont get an honest and fair proce now
