Shuttle availability and courtesy was great at both ends of the trip. Only complaint was my car was highly decorated by the resident birds. Ran through a car wash and even that didn't work, had to hand wash after getting home. We were back in row N and there is a lot of debris that just offers nesting material. I'd recommend a street sweeper and some screech hawk sound effects to try to deter. Not sure I can recommend using this facility unless you have a car cover or need a paint job anyway! read more

I have never parked at an airport and left my car. I was always worried about theft, being attacked because I was traveling alone, having my car exposed to the elements, etc. my first experience was at Cleveland Hopkins Airport. I was so very pleased with my first experience. Both gentlemen who drove the shuttle were so kind, patient, gentlemen I felt so safe. Coming back, I had forgotten about the paper that I had to scan and pay. The attendant at the lot was also kind and very patient with me. I dropped off my car on February 21st just before 9AM and returned on February 23rd around 11PM. Just wanted to say thank you to all who made my first experience a positive one. Love the covered parking!. The shuttle was really fast (they were waiting on us). Upon my return, they were arriving as we were walking to the Designated pick up, perfect timing! A special thanks to James, he was very helpful and kind,he even helped my elderly mother with the stairs. The shuttle service was quick and efficient and it is a short ride to the airport. When we returned, the shuttle bus was waiting outside and we had a quick trip back to our car. If you're looking to save some $$ by parking offsite from CLE airport, airport fast park is a solid option. $11 per day is the current rate, but some companies in CLE will have discounted rates so check with your employer before you go. Registering for a fast park pass is recommend for slightly faster in/out and earning free stays (7 days paid = 1 free day). Lots of covered spots - it's a huge parking lot - rows are numbered through the alphabet. Yes, you can end up parking super far away, but the bus picks you up at your car, and it's typically there as soon as you park, so that's lovely. At drop off, they work front to back, so an early letter in the alphabet is better. The divers are friendly & safe. While not required , it's always a nice gesture to tip them for each route - I'll typically plan $1 each way - it always brightens their day. Like all other airport shuttles, drop off and pick up is a short and mostly covered walk to the airport. The shuttle is almost always there when you get to the pick up spot, but if it's not, call the number on your red card (with your spot number) to check status. They usually have to wait a few minutes for other passengers, they can't leave right away unless the shuttle is full. read more

After years of parking at the garage connected to the airport I decided to try this lot in an attempt to earn free rentals. I tried both Park Place and Airport Fast Park. Park Place shuttles were always available and usually empty. Fast Park seems to have reduced shuttles that are frequently packed. Twice I've had to wait for a second shuttle at the airport as the first is full. During both waits I'd witness three Park Place shuttles cycle through. The staff are usually very friendly and great. Occasionally you'll find a driver that just wants to get up in your business knowing where you're going and why you're going there. A little annoying but I get that they're chatting you up for a tip. The structure, while covered, doesn't necessarily protect your car from the elements. The lot is very dusty, they really need to run a street sweeper through. Unfortunately there are many many potholes throughout the lot. Which is a real pain in the buns for their raised shuttle buses. It's a real kidney punch hitting a pothole. Some positives are that at least in winter your car is never stuck in a spot, and you never really need to brush a car off like you would at Park Place or Park'N'Fly. They routinely offer free newspapers at checkin and always offer complimentary bottled water at the exit. That's probably one of the only reasons I continue to return. Well, that and their free parking rewards. Just read all the rules in great detail. They offer discounted points burn rates for multi-days. read more

We departed CLE on 1/16, the day the snow storm hit. I parked in the middle of the COVERED Parking. Came home on the 21st to find the front/side right half of my truck covered in 1/2 inch thick ice due to a leak in the roof. I sent pictures to the Regional Manager. The car next to me was clean. The attendant offered me 10% off my bill - the rate for "uncovered parking" which I refused. The response I received from the Regional Manager was this, "I do apologize for the unfortunate weather. Yes, we are covered but we are not an enclosed parking facility. The bad weather does still affect us. The 10% off that you received is cheaper than our uncovered facility Park Place." I'm not sure if the Manager didn't understand the situation or didn't really care when she blamed the weather. In either case, she failed. I won't be parking at FastPark CLE ever again. I'm tired of businesses charging you money for a service and failing to live up to their responsibility. read more

I have been parking here for 15 years. Love the rooftop protection from the weather. The only issue I have is the bird population that nests in the beams. They relieve themselves frequently on your vehicle. If it's a problem they do offer a free car wash at Park Place. Inconvenient but at least they offer. At one point they were supposed to put in a car wash. Not sure whatever happened there. Also if you are a frequent traveler be sure to join their rewards problem. I paid $11.50 per day for covered parking. When I arrived, I was directed to the uncovered "blue" lot, despite the fact that there were open parking spots in the covered portion of the parking lot. Been a loyal customer since they opened, but service gets worse every week. Yesterday, upon arriving home at 1:30PM we walked to bus stop and found a Park Place bus and a ParknFly bus there but no AFP. There were 11 people waiting and they said they had called five minutes earlier and were told bus would arrive in less than two minutes. I called 15 minutes later when there were 29 people waiting and both Park Place and ParknFly had two more buses each come through. I was told traffic was bad and bus would arrive in 2 minutes. It arrived 7 minutes later and there were 32 people waiting. Funny how only AFP had traffic problems..... Not much you can do about it, rates are high at all the parking spots now and the airport isnt much better. I have the option to use CLE, PIT and CAK and I can tell you that CLE is my last choice now and mostly because of the screwed up parking situation. read more

You pay for how long your car stays parked (flat rate of $11 per day, and per hour if you went slightly above that). I love the hour rule since let us say your flight lands at 11:30pm and by the time you walk to the shuttle, shuttle back to the lot, and leave, it is 12:05am. You do not get charged the full $11 for going over those 5min. 4. Fast pick up. It does not feel a mile from the airport. 5. You get shuttled back to your ACTUAL parking spot and not some random numerical shuttle pick-up spot. Seriously, how many people forget to take note of the shuttle spot where they got picked up and then having to remember which letter and number they parked, and walking back to their parking spot from the shuttle area? Really awesome option for nearby, cheap, covered parking. I've used them twice now and I had great experiences both times. Would absolutely recommend and will continue to use in any state that they are located. You can reserve online or right when you get there if it's not full. I reserved online, when I pulled up they scanned my reservation and told me which row (A-Z) to go to. All spots are covered by a roof. An airport shuttle followed me to my spot and as soon as I was out of my car they were already taking my luggage. After picking up a few other people that arrived around the same time, we took off to the airport. About a two minute drive. You get dropped off at rideshare parking that is just a short walk (inside) to check-in. All in all it took me 10 minutes to get from fast Park to check in. Same process for when you return. They pick you up in the same location they dropped you off, shuttles arrive every 2 to 5 minutes. They shuttle you back to your car (if multiple people are in your shuttle, they start drop off at row A and work back towards Z) and then you pay on your way out of fast park. It was $11 per day both times I booked. Will use them again! read more

I have been a member of Airport Fast Park since 2016. I usually have nothing but great things to say about the company until that is when the driver broke my suitcase trying to get it off the shuttle. An older gentleman, as he tripped over the suitcase, we both heard it crack. He had the nerve to blame me for the fact that he couldn't handle the weight by sayin "well, what you got in here"? As he put the broken suitcase in my trunk, he proceeded to get back in the shuttle and drive away after I told him he had broken my suitcase. I drove to the front and spoke to the manager Marie Faragone who statEd she would file a complaint. A few days later I received a letter from them stating they have no proof of wrongdoing. So now, not only am I out of a suitcase that I love, I dont trust this company. It's not the money but the principal. You damage something, you should pay for it. Very disappointed. read more

Covered Parking? In Cleveland? And for less than the airport lots? Yes! I travel for work regularly, and even though work would pay for the garage, I park here. Why? The shuttles run every few minutes during the day, and take you right to your car. It's only a few minutes slower than the garage (in theory). In practice, the fact that it's much faster to get in and out of the FastPark lot means that it's about the same amount of time as the Airport Garage. Even when I'm in a hurry, I park here. Plus, there's a loyalty program that rewards frequent parkers! One downside to be aware of is that rarely (usually when the weather is horrible) the lot will fill up and they'll have to overflow to outdoor parking. 20+ trips and it's never happened to me, but I've seen cars in the overflow lots when I came home once. read more

Love this place. I have been flying a lot recently, and I always park here. $8 a day can get expensive though, but it is well worth it for the covered parking (no digging my car out of the snow!) and also the fast shuttle service. I have never had to wait for a shuttle. They are always there at drop off and pick up. They go the extra mile to pick up your bags from your trunk and put the bag into your trunk if you haven't done so yourself. Also, they give you little cards with your car parking number and instructions on where to find them after you land back at CLE. Love this service. read more

COVERED parking minutes from the airport. Parking here during the winter was well worth the extra .50 cents - $1.00 that I could have saved by parking at the other 2 lots on the same street. My only issue with Fast Park is they NEVER HARDLEY EVER have any newspapers. I guess you have to park by 6am to get a paper each week. read more

It's not unusual to wait 10 or 15 minutes for a shuttle at the airport and watch as several of the competitors have multiple shuttles driving by. Today was a 20-minute wait in 34 degree weather. While I love the covers lot, the speed / number of shuttles has deteriorated. They used to have 1.5 to 2 x the number of shuttles picking up. Now it is the opposite. I thought l may have to start using the airport vs off parking services. read more
