When other companies would have turned us away for a less than perfect completion of the preparation list(or completed a poor service just to take our money and not resolve the issue), Al was understanding of our situation and did everything to accommodate us and ensure we receive a full guaranteed service at a later date. This company does QUALITY work and I could tell from my experience they are very professional. Would recommend to anyone in the area, for your pest control needs.

People were booking out weeks- and these bees meant I wasn't comfortable letting my kids outside. James took my call, came within 24 hours, explained what the problem was, where they were coming from, and took care of it. He sprayed our entire perimeter, the deck, the house, everything. We didn't see anything for almost two months. When he checked in with us, and found out that the bees in the deck were back, he made a point to come back and re-spray. I can't say enough about his professionalism, his kindness, and his good natured personality. I look forward to seeing him soon to head off any issues this summer and I refer him to anyone who is healing with bees. Thanks James!!

This is the most ineffectual pest control company I have ever seen. They sucker you in with an…read moreintro "deal" of $180 off your first inspection to lock you into a contract for $60 a month. The people are nice enough, but you might as well flush three $20s down the toilet every month with the amount of bugs that still entered the home after their "services." After repeated calls about the ants, the technicians started to get frustrated, saying it looked unprofessional that we kept calling. But the ants didn't seem to mind the bait or the poison. They kept coming. Try to cancel and Proof says that'll be $180 bucks. Don't trust them to do a good job. Get a local company who works a la carte instead of on contracts. You'll get more for your money. Anything is better than Proof.

Our condo association wants to use Rose to eradicate a rodent issue in my unit. The rodent is in…read morethe ceiling of my unit and is active only when it's very cold outside. Rose wants to set a trap now (in July) and come back and check it twice, which to me makes no sense. Also, it's very unclear if sealing up the rodent entry point is included in Rose's proposal. Rose's manager was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to get clarification from him. He just kept berating me and said he was going to close out the work order and tell the condo association that I refused to have the work done, all because I wanted to know what the work entailed. I don't want our condo association and co-owners to waste money. Based on the other review (by Stephanie D.) about the squirrel in the ceiling, I think I dodged a bullet.

WARNING - DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING CRITTER CONTROL…read more We had an extremely disappointing experience with a critter control company and I would NOT recommend them. We hired them for a woodpecker and raccoon issue at our home. The service was: - Very poor communication - Significant delays despite repeated follow-ups After signing a contract and paying a substantial amount, it took over a week just to install a few repellents over a wide area . Scheduling was unreliable--appointments were promised but repeatedly missed. Phone calls followed by empty promises but no delivery. This week alone: * Told they'd come Monday didn't show * Called Tuesday promised Wednesday/Thursday * Today is Friday still no show Meanwhile, the problem has worsened, and we now have more damage than when we started. What's most frustrating: we suggested solutions (like reflective streamers that had worked before), but they dismissed them. When you pay $$$ prices, you expect professionalism, communication, and results. We received none. If you're dealing with wildlife issues, please look into other companies and read reviews carefully before committing.
